Me and my husband went to open a joint account a we had a appointment with shakeya hawes was our bank agent and I’m telling you she’s is a great banker she explained everything down to the T and she took time letting us know what chase has to offer and apply for just her experience was top tier my husband stated that she should be employee of the year thank you shakeya for your great customer service ?

I am so happy. I made a mistake with a deposit I made and your banker Ms Marchel Ford was so very kind, understanding and helpful. I greatly appreciate her and the professional service she gave me. She understood that I made a mistake and helped me through what was a stressful situation for me. Thank you for having a banker who understands senior citizens.

I came to get a paper notarized. I sat and waited no one ever assisted me. I was the only one waiting. This is the second day I attempted. Do better chase going to delta credit union.

If I could give this place one star I would. They direct you to an ATM to deposit checks even when the tellers are not busy. They lie and apparently do not know their own policy regarding deposits for a pay roll check. Please avoid this place if at all possible. The worst banking experience I have ever had. Will be switching banks once everything clears.

The atms can’t accept deposits on the outside okay great there are 2 ones on the inside that we can’t get access to what’s the point for this to be the closest chase i come here very frequently and it’s the same thing please do better

I'm disappointed that they charge $10 to cash their own check and I waited in line for 20 minutes while about multiple tellers just stood around. The only positive experience was the slim young lady with the long pretty hair on the end, she was pleasant and the knly reason its not 0 stars. Next time I'll just go to Walmart since I'll be charged anyways plus it's a lot closer to me.

The worst customer service, employees with no desire to work; it is time to train employees to provide good service and to teach them better how to work and look for options for the client. It happened to me that I went to open a bank account and the person who he attended me, he had no knowledge of how to process the opening of an account for a Cuban, with all the documents that I showed him they were not enough or he did not realize that what he had in his hands was what he was asking me for, in I finally wasted my time and it couldn't solve anything for me, precisely today I went to another bank, it took me half an hour on the way but it was worth it with the same documentation that I showed there I solved my problem and opened my account at Chase bank how I wanted, if they are going to go At this bank please try to avoid (Michael Daise Jr), the truth is 0 out of 10, study a little more because you will never know who you are going to serve in this country that is full of people of different nationalities.

There's always an issue at this location. ATMs don't work. The inside ATM is locked early. I like banking with Chase but urban areas deserve the same care and attention as suburban areas

This chase branch in particular provides some of the worst customer service to those who seek to bank with them. I don’t know if it’s a stereotypical thing for them to deny people of certain appearances an account. The bankers here(Shakia Hall in particular) will lie customers out of the door it’s either lies or the bankers they’ve hired random people who have no knowledge of their establishment.
