Don't buy gas here Jan 20 25 I stopped for gas here it was a lil after 8pm . I WAS on EMPTY and in urgent need of gas. I paid at the pump started pumping and didn't feel the usual gas moving so my gut told me to stop and pull the pump out nothing was coming out I hung it up and went inside guy didn't seem surprised and walked out with me.I showed him my tank still on empty. We pulled the pump out and it was not even wet. He says well if no gas came out your card not gone charge. I ask for a receipt showing the refund he gives me someone else receipt I said this not mine he says well just call your bank. I asked to just be refunded my money he refused. It's deceptive to know you don't have gas in your pumps and take people money and refuse to refund. I'm 47 yrs old never had this happen in my life I had to go to the next station and spend more money or I would not have made it home thank God I had money. What if that had been someone last. These people should be ashamed it's theft pain and simple. !!!

Somehow the receipt never prints at the pump OR in store and items in the store aren’t priced. The workers and owners make up prices for items… they don’t even scan them. Go to any other Citgo besides this one!!
