She proceeded to not only tell me where to look, but walked me there and found my item! I was very pleased with the kind assistance provided, then she rang up my order herself.”

“Que, our service technician was outstanding. He arrived before our scheduled appointment time. Efficiently performed the work and inspected our refrigerator to ensure no other issues existed. Extraordinary customer service. The only downside is with the company. Although Samsung referred with an appointment date, the company had the referral but never gave us an appointment. We had to call when no one showed up on the date Samsung provided. The reasoning/ excuses was unacceptable.”
