Worst pharmacy EVER. They close early never open on time. Shut down the drive though and make people come in. It's sad and the customer service is horrible. Everyone has a attitude. They need to do better. Y'all right across from the hospital. Of course it's going to be a constant flow of people

This is by far the worst pharmacy CVS. I have been to in my whole life. I needed my prescription transferred to this location. I kept calling all morning to verify that they could fill the prescription so I wouldn't waste any time I called and call All morning they left me on hold for at least two hours. Yes, I waited that long, I finally got off work and was able to drive to the location. while I was there I called while I waited in line, still no answer. Finally when it was my turn I asked the assistant pharmacist if their phone was working she said yes, but they are too busy to answer any phones that if she took the time to answer the phone but she wouldn't be able to help me so I responded no if you picked up the phone you would have been able to help me and prevented me from coming here to ask a question, she then proceeds to say well if any of my other associate side stop to answer the phone then no one would get the job done. I think that is his poor mentality and what's the point of a phone if you're not going to pick it up doctors in all sorts of medical professionals call pharmacies all the time to make sure the medication of Paul correctly and feel correctly, and if you're not answering the phone and you're only doing half your job mind you there were over five people working not acceptable. If this is how they run the place it should be shut down.

Worst pharmacy. send your prescriptions else where. I've been trying to reach someone for 1 hour now. They flat out just ignore the phone or send callers to voicemail it's ridiculous and the manager needs to be fired. They canceled my prescription for no reason. If you guys didn't have it you could've transferred it. Smh this cvs needs to be dealt with

This place has improved tremendously! I used to hate going here but it was the closest in our network for our provider at the time. Now I choose this place over my network’s preferred pharmacy. The staff seem to be in better spirits since converting from 24hr operations and the overall appearance of the store has improved. It could be more organized and better stocked but I typically don’t have an issue finding the items I need.

I refilled my prescription online and it said it would be ready on 03/27/23 @ 3pm. I tried to pick it up and the cashier told me my total and asked if it was ready and the pharmacist said no. I could pick it up tomorrow. I explained my account stated it was filled and ready to be picked up. He was the most rude disrespectful person I've ever known to work in a respectful job as his. His attitude then spread to the whole staff. The next day when I went to pick it up the lady said I could on the 1st. I went online and they had changed it stating it was now filled on the 1st, a day that hasn't even came yet. I called CVS online and they provided no help. I filed with the pharmacy board, the national board of pharmacists, the BBB. I live an hour away from that pharmacy. CVS has a 2 day rule as a promoting factor for their company which they do not honor. They also don't honor the information for customers about the pharmacists and their license number hanging in a general area for customers to see. In fact I asked the lady today for her name and she wouldn't tell me nor would she tell me her license number. I believe she didn't have one but that's neither here nor there. It was the worst experience all around and it will never happen again. I will transfer my prescription after I finally get the one that was filled on 03-27/23, like my online account said.

If you have a prescription to pick up at the pharmacy they are the rudest pharmacy workers I've ever encountered! I was the only person at the prescription counter No one ever spoke nor acknowledged me, No we'll be right with you! I was waiting for 5 minutes before I spoke up! I hope krama catches up to them QUICKLY

Nasty! Store is completely nasty! I was with my toddlers and they needed to use the restroom. I asked the pharmacy employee for direction. After he handed me a key, once I turn the bathroom light on, nasty with a capital N. Floor black! Sink black! Toilet nasty! Toilet paper everywhere except where it should be! By time we gave that man back his key, and left. How can a pharmacy be so nasty.!? This is absolutely ridiculous! I wanted to take pictures but I could not stomach the nastiness! I will never shop that CVS again!

You see... My grandma came here a week ago she was getting her medicine re-filled because she took all of the pills already. The staff told my grandma it would take a week for the medicine to be re-filled and she said it was okay she was patient on that day. Then, It's been 3 weeks and now they haven't called her back or texted her at all. I had to come to the pharmacy since my Grandma was going to an event. But anyway, I came up to the staff and said \\\"hey, where's the medicine?\\\" I said. But here's what the staff said: \\\"We still don't have the pills ready for you.\\\" The staff said. The other staff said that it would be 3 weeks that the prescription would be ready for you. Now, what extra month so you can prepare for a pill? I'm completely disappointed at the unprofessional staff from this place. If they didn't give my grandma's pills she would've been dead right now and it seems like you don't care about your customers. Also, I'm exhausted from waiting in this place. I thought CVS could do better than that, but I was incorrect.

Lousy customer service. I actually helped a poor older foreigner locate batteries for his watch. No one would help him. When he asked where the watch batteries were, the store clerk pointed and said \"over there.\" 33

Wow , I would normally not say much in reference to an establishment like this however the pictures speak for themselves. I waited in line at the pharmacy for a prescription for 30 minutes that I was alerted was ready 1 hour prior to my arrival . Unfortunately this experience was a disappointment . Staff does not seem concerned or attentive when I Alerted them of the conditions of the establishment .

I was waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes with only 2 cars in line. After I got to the window I waited another 10 minutes just for them to tell me they didn’t have my medicine in stock. This place is the worst. Go to Walgreens instead!
