Whoever is opening today 9/26 has locked the door and cannot be seen at the register. It’s 8:42 am. I’ve been here since about 8:30. I waited assuming that they had to use the bathroom or something, but no one has come to the door.

Very unprofessional tried to fight my sister because she wasn’t having a good day and she didn’t wanna be on the clock it’s so just so non respectful for it to be full of adults a men also tried to fight my sister trying to join in with the coworker they need to do better they also are very unorganized why is there big ole carts and big ole boxes blocking the isle walk way do better frl

Everytime I come to this establishment it’s literally something. Their equipment & system never works. Today I went in to purchase detergent, for which I clipped a digital coupon. The coupon gave a range of ounces to which it could be applied under one brand. I brought two of different sizes to the register because I noticed only one size had a label advertising the digital coupon. As I’m speaking with the cashier she informs me that the coupon is not applying on her end for either item. I asked her if the manager could then adjust the item that was labeled to have a digital coupon that I did in fact clip. She stated she was the manager & had only been there for 3 days so she doesn’t know what else to do. At the same amount another coworker walked behind the counter & she asked if they could help her. They then proceeded to say the same thing. I told her to go ahead & take the other customers while I check my app. I came back to the counter using a different online account with the same coupons which again did not work. She was visibly irritated & didn’t make an effort not to show it in body language & attitude. As a customer that behavior from a “manager” is extremely off putting. If it takes that little to get a person frustrated then said person shouldn’t be working in a customer service position. Not to mention, her appearance was very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location, I receive much better service at the Fayetteville location.

Online it says the store closes at 10 but I arrived at 9:21 and the doors were locked. Either the employees decided on their own to close early or they need to update their time, because this is a inconvenience and a waste of time and gas.

This is one of the most ghetto stores I have ever visited. They have music blasted, prices are always incorrect and they never want to honor the price, that's on the item period. If you reach out to the corporate, nothing is ever done.

This has to be one of the rudest stores I’ve ever been to.They are not there for the customers they walk around and treat you as if you’re stealing. And if I’m being quiet frankly if I was a thief. Dollar general would not be on my hit list so why they was treating me as such is asinine. Overall the experience was TRASH and they need to take some humble pills, seeds, tablets something cause they need help.

I was going to be real rude and call the two I dealt with tonight a couple things but I’m going to refrain. Instead, I will be contacting corporate about the treatment I received tonight. I’m young but idk what about that said I’m the one you guys wanted to play with. The little light skinned old lady up front and her boyfriend (they seem real comfy to be at work) who’s the store manager at another store, yall were really rude and slick to me when I meant absolutely no harm and they had plenty of chance to just be normal. P.s THIS STORE WILL HAVE LAWSUITS SOON BECAUSE MAJORITY DATES ON ALL PRODUCTS ARE OUT OF DATE. They had sprites in there from November and December…though it’s cokes product, I thought I was doing a favor by telling them but next time I know they want problems and issues circulating peoples health, lol I’ll stay out of it. People beware , check y’all’s date. These people work at Dollar General so old up in age for a reason they just don’t care. Kind of like they told me tonight

Super slow. Had one new cashier up front, but manager was in the back room while line was getting four to six deep. Didn't even look out of the office to even check.

This store is the most ghetto is inconsiderate young minded irresponsible crackhead type of employees that I ever seen in my entire 44 years of life… They need to close this store ASAP!!!!!

I arrive on a Thursday at 1:30pm & am told that the cashier is closing her register to "take care of something". I then asked if there would be somebody else to ring up customers & was told "No". When I asked how long I would need to wait to check out the answer was "I don't know". So what's the point of the store being open if no one can purchase anything?! Ridiculous!!! Do better!!!

For about a month I've been waiting for them to get the boxes out of the aisle and into the shelves because there's things I need and I can't get because they're not stocking them. They have this one young girl who is extremely rude to everyone I hate going in when she's there and it's the closest one to me so lately I've been having to travel because I refuse to go there

Not only do this store closes when it wants to, you will see one price and be rung up a different one. asked a cashier if they plan on updating their prices and she said she didn't know with a bad attitude. WOW great service ?
