Answer the phone. I have orders being delivered there and I saw something online I wanted to double check before I drive there. No one even answered the phone. Losing easy money and it's 7pm.

I experienced the best customer service at this location. Each employee was friendly and immediately greeted me when I walked through the door. Tim and RJ was the absolute best and help me with my purchases.

I was in the store & willing to purchase some shoes for $179 on sale. However, they just lost me as a customer. I asked if I could try on both shoes being that my femur is broken in half. I must be able to try on both shoes to make sure I can walk in them. I explained my leg is broken the manager just said no terrible customer service!!!!!!

This location in Riverdale,GA provided excellent customer service experience. Their professionalism and interpersonal skills were outstanding. I would definitely visit their store again.

I Got off work an went to this store to buy two pair of shoes. Almost closing time an the employees started rushing us out the store. I didn't appreciate this at all while spending $600 or more. These are kids that are very impatient an not concerned about the customer. Very Rude!! An there was only one guy that was nice. The girl helped me, but was in a rush for us to go. I could have been a mystery shopper an I would have graded them an F. In customer service, CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT - CUSTOMER COMES FIRST!!
