I went this morning and this girl was on the phone the entire time she serviced me... She didn't even acknowledge my presence... I initiated contact by filling a fax form and handed it to her... She sat there with my paper talking... I started looking around and she finally Got up and sent it off... Still.. Without a word. She got off the phone to take my payment and then got back on the phone. My confirmation printed out and she didn't move a muscle to pick it up... Worst customer service ever... It's sad because I've been here before and received normal service.
