I AM AN ACTUAL CUSTOMER.. ?
On Sunday June 9th.
I had an appointment to have some service done on my vehicle.
I'm glad I caught the FIRESTONE promo discount special,
(it came in Handy too).
The staff Was So Professional, Friendly, and in a Timely Manner Completed the work.
From the Front Desk Reps. to the Professional Technicians in the shop...
let's just say I felt they went Over and Beyond for Me.
I know that's Their job and all.
But, YOU JUST DON'T COME ACROSS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, like that now a days.
It's nice to leave a positive feedback!!

Do not come here. They took 2 hours to do a brake check (that should not take anymore than 30 minutes) even though I had an appointment. They are also really overpriced wanting to charge over $700 to change them which is ridiculous! And he said that price is supposed to be a sale! lol Also, when I got my car back the drivers seat was wet and the car smelled! The staff is nice but this is a rip off and waste of time. They also said that I needed oil, even though I know that I don’t because I just got an oil change. They are trying to get as much money from you as they can. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

i should have read the reviews before going. this place is super expensive. The impose services on you without asking you or letting you know the price and then expect you to just pay without questions. After my car was checked, the technican didnt borther to clean up my seats. I open my car and my chair was stained with black dirty oil. I had to ask for help to get it cleaned but was never provided one. So I left. I drove into this shot with three bars of gas in my car but when my car was brought out , it was on empty. i had to rush to the gas station to quickly refill it as not to get stranded on the way. If i hadnt called off service on time i would have been stranded at the shop with no car in my car. I'm not going back here again.

I came in with brake issues. While being serviced I received awesome customer service, which is rare in this day and time. I appreciate Roy, and the other staff for resolving my car issues and getting me back safely on the road.

Had appointment which they take me on-time. Someone came in after me who appointment was after mines. My car was done before that person car was done my keys was in the window first. So I should have got closed out before that other person. And 3 more ppl came in while the worker was closing out that person. Iam still waiting while he takes care of them all. I'm not happy like my car are my money was no good

Staff was outstanding respectful to my wife and I. He explained what was being done to my vehicle. Also if the service performed may or may not fix the problem. He was stated that my struts would probably need replacing soon.
