“So my day started because my kid just had to have this certain toy I went to five different Walmarts to find said toy I finally found one very close to this Kroger. That being said I had the responsibility to go grocery shopping for my entire family because the kids are going to be out for the next few weeks. Not only was I able to find everything I needed I cannot express how great the customer service I received was. I live in Douglasville and have never been to this location and I am telling you they blew me away by how kind sweet generous and hardworking that these people were I got the pleasure of being in Kiara's 0 line for the register I did not catch the gentleman's name that was helping her bag but he helped me unload the groceries and everything he didn't just wait for them to go down to the end of the register he literally helped me get my stuff out of my cart I'm not used to that. So again I go to the parking lot to put my groceries in my car and once again Theresa and DJ both came to my car and help me unload the buggy into my trunk and my backseat they did this with no asking no prompting they did this on their own and you just don't see customer service like this anymore especially with younger people I had a horrible day at Walmart because the customer service was the worst I think I've ever experienced in my life but coming here made me feel so much more happy I asked them if it would be okay if I left a review for them and they said that I could this is my review”

“They do a excellent job even when they have the most difficult customers who are obnoxious and very rude who had a bad day and take it out on the kroger employees. I've witnessed it multiple times. The employees still serve them with grace and patience no matter what. They need more security at this store because some customers I've seen are hostile and ready to fight. Thank you for all you guys do at Riverdale georgia Kroger. Awesome job.”
