I went on Friday, July 5, 2024. No one was there. Around the corner, they said it would be a 3-hour wait for a pedicure. This was the worst pedicure I've ever had! I gave a $5 tip after this long, scratch SMH. There was no air conditioning. I'm so surprised this place hasn't shut down! Just awful! 👎🏽

I came in on a Friday afternoon and didn’t have to wait. I normally get a gel pedicure but I decided to get both done instead due to celebrating my daughter’s birthday. I forgot the lady name who nails but she was an African American lady. She did a great job from looking at a picture that I had showed her.

I had a pedicure done for the first time all the employees there are super nice super friendly they know what they're doing and my feet feel exceptionally well I feel like oversized baby feet

If i could give this place a "0", I would!!! I will never return to place. I wanted a pedicure and a manicure and they did a horrible job on both. One of my nails weren't even painted. I decided to try a new salon because I was in the area but I will NEVER GO BACK THERE. I told the lady what I wanted and she said I don't think you should get that!!! What??? Am I paying for it or you ??? I complained about my service and was told I still have to pay!!! I didn't get what I wanted. All this salon cares about is money!!! That will be the last $58 they get from me. If you are wise you will NOT take your business to there!!! Save your money and give it some one that appreciates your business. And will take time and give you what you request!! Not B/S!!! I am a very unsatisfied customer!!!! And I had paint on the bottom of my feet

I took my daughter to this nail shop for sns for the 1st time. We got there at 2:00 p.m.. We waited for 1hr 45 mins. Other ppl came in after us and got thier nails done and when. I asked they said oh well you have to soak so that we are ready to take you now. I told them my time is just as valuable they need to explain. I paid for the soak off and left.This is one of the worst experiences I've had with a nail salon. This place is unprofessional the staff is rude and I would NEVER recommend this place...
