“On our way back from Grand Cayman we stopped in to buy some noise-cancelling headphones. We were helped my Ms. Troytoria Wade, who gave us excellent service, valuable information, and was a sheer delight to do business with! She was the most polite airport employee I’ve ever encountered. Her talents are being wasted in the store - she needs to be out training other salespeople that work for Brookstone!”
