The staff at Heart Pharmacy are very personable, professional and knows everyone on a first name basis. They always strive to provide outstanding customer service. I have been a customer for years. Also, I look forward to receiving my Norman Rockwell calendar every year.

The pharmacy dept in the back is wonderful! The lady cashier is very rude. She threw my change on the counter. Some people in customer service need to stay home! She was rude to the customer in front of me also.

So I’ve been getting medications sent here and filled here since 2004 and me & my family loved it! But as of lately there has been an incredible decrease in service. They are extremely slow, medications are never ready! The lady who works behind the computer always has a nasty attitude. It’s time for us to make a switch!

Service is way too slow I don’t know why my fiancé comes here to get meds for our children. I admire the history behind this place but they got to get it together I rather go to Kroger pharmacy.

According to quite a few 1-star reviews, they are too slow. I've never had a problem with the staff being any slower than any other pharmacy. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about just about any question you have. The owner is an awesome and caring older man who makes sure you leave with a smile on your face. Ms. Terry is absolutely amazing. She's always been able to help me with anything to be able to help my mother. She goes out of her way to prescriptions ready in a timely manner. Heart's may not be a big pharmacy like CVS or WALGREENS with a large staff, but they do everything they can to get you in and out. They are family oriented and very nice.

Waited a couple of days for my prescription from Walmart just for them to tell me it’s out of stock; Transferred to heart pharmacy & they had it ready within a few hrs! That’s all I can ask for, thank you ?

I AM SPEAKING ON THE PHARMACY AS I TYPE THIS: The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Also THEY ARE VERY RACIST YOU CAN TELL THE LADY FOR DROP OFF IS WITH THE GLASSES IS UNBELIEVABLE RUDE! I WAS REFERRED HERE BECAUSE THEY USUALLY KEEPS THINGS IN STOCK, DUE TO THE FACT NO ONE HAVING HER COUGH MEDICINE. I CANNOT BELIEVE PEOPLE ARE OK WITH COMING HERE!!

I don't have to worry about not getting any prescription that is deemed hard to find or fill by pharmacies such as CVS or Walgreens. I made the switch when what I needed was only able to be filled at Heart's. I never looked back. I love the old school feel of this pharmacy. The neighborhood pharmacist who cares and knows everyone.
