Hott Ashes Cigar Lounge is a great, laid back establishment with a friendly and welcoming vibe. The humidor is well stocked with a good selection of fresh, nice cigars. The staff is great, helpful, and professional. Customers and regulars are super friendly, often reaching out to introduce themselves, making everyone feel welcome. The lounge has plenty of comfortable couches and chairs, and is located in a plaza with plenty of parking. It is described as an excellent spot and a good cigar shop, where the love is always flowing from the regular crew to new visitors. The owner and guests are very friendly and very helpful, offering nice recommendations. The practice of sanitizing before entering the humidor is noted as a standard, sensible precaution for cleanliness, not based on race. It is a place many plan to return to and become a regular.
