I have been going here for years, she know how I like my hair braided. Last time she did my hair I wasn’t happy but I dealt with it, it wasn’t so bad. Today was the worst she ever did my hair. She braiding it big and spaced in the back, left my edges out when I never do that… my hair was a hot mess and she tried to charge me 180.00 when it looks like a child did it. I think she the quality of her braiding is going downhill. I will NEVER go back.

I have been coming to this shop for years and now my daughter is old enough to come and we both love the quality of the braids that the ladies do here. I get so many compliments on the styles that are created from here. I will continue to come here for the best braids in town!

Terrible customer service. Appointment at 12, she did not get started on my daughters hair until 4:45. I was asked to blow dry my daughters hair myself. I politely declined. There was an inappropriate movie on with nudity and violence in the presence of children. I most certainly will NOT be returning. This is not a place for children..or ANYONE that values their time.

It was two ladies and one of them their teenage daughter. I got there after 2pm and they were finished after 7pm. The older lady with the short hair most did the braiding, she was cool. But I did have to hold onto the front of my edges since I felt the braiding by one of the women tugging. Besides that it’s my 1st time, I had no issues.

They can't braid y'all they just can't They don't use any styling gel just Vaseline they don't blow you hair out all they way it's just bad

I went in on a limb and because they are 2mins from my house. It just seems like they do things the cheaper way. No gel was used for my hair. Instead they were using VASELINE. I asked for knotless and showed her the picture but a few times I felt her doing box braids in the back. When I said something she says OH ITS JUST TO CATCH THE HAIR... what does that mean? If I'm paying for knotless I want knotless. They will not blow dry your hair. They do not know how to tuck and braid. When she dipped my ends she did not put a towel around me and burned my shoulder. First picture is what I asked for vs what I got. She did big braids in the back and really small ones in the front. Parts were straight trash and like she didn't even try. When I told her that's not what I showed on the picture she says she will fix it but will have to call me the next day. NEVER GOT A CALL TO COME GET IT FIXED EVEN THO THEY HAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS WILL FIX IN A 2 DAY PERIOD. I called and she hung up on me sending me a text saying she will call back and never did. $180 loss.
