It never fails, they can't seem to tell or keep time. Have a script sent over, call to make sure it got there, they say 15-20 minutes. Arrive 5hrs later, they say 15-20 minutes. Arrive 24hrs later, they say 15-20 minutes. They don't even start preparing until you attempt to pickup. No consideration for the customers time. No customer service. Clearly these people hate their job cause damn

I came in so sick with a upper respitory infection. I handed her my prescription I could barely talk I asked if if they could get it ready I told her I don’t feel well she looked at it and said yes I understand you don’t feel well we will get it for you you can wait here and I’ll get everything together . Shandrie was her name . We need more people like her in this world thank you so much. You completely made my day .

The pharmacy never has the right medicine in stock and if you call to refill your prescription they don't get it done on time.
As told by the pharmacy employee "all the other orders are bumped up before the phone orders even if the phone order is called in before all the other others". So essentially... the last on the list that keeps growing while they are placing people ahead of you on the list.
It's never a good idea when someone needs medicine that keeps them alive to wait for 7 days because you are unable to complete the prescription on the date and time requested.

Two stars for customer service. One of the pharmacy techs is so rude and off-putting. She just loves giving attitude/dismissing people. Dont know her name but She wears glasses; hair always in a bun and she walks like a penguin ?. That's the best description I can give of her.

They do a excellent job even when they have the most difficult customers who are obnoxious and very rude who had a bad day and take it out on the kroger employees. I've witnessed it multiple times. The employees still serve them with grace and patience no matter what. They need more security at this store because some customers I've seen are hostile and ready to fight. Thank you for all you guys do at Riverdale georgia Kroger. Awesome job.

I have very bad experience at Kroger's I have experience and produce department and they make me take tests on computer that I must pass to get the job but it doesn't make sense I already have produce experience I worked in produce before at Kroger a long time ago and the store manager he was rude to me he said if I didn't pass it I need to leave so I got upset and left if they will call me and want me back either I work there or we'll get another Kroger in Fayetteville

This pharmacy is unprofessional. The pharmacist literally locked eyes with me when he was still helping the previous customer and turned around after he was done and had a whole laughing fest with the other people behind the counter while I’m waiting on him to check me out. His coworker at drop off had to tell him to assist me that is ridiculous. And they weren’t even filling my prescription until I called them to check on the status
