They do a excellent job even when they have the most difficult customers who are obnoxious and very rude who had a bad day and take it out on the kroger employees. I've witnessed it multiple times. The employees still serve them with grace and patience no matter what. They need more security at this store because some customers I've seen are hostile and ready to fight. Thank you for all you guys do at Riverdale georgia Kroger. Awesome job.

I actually posted on my Facebook today that this location has finally added Pick Up. At the start pandemic the entrance of this store looked like a crime scene with shopping carts strung together with yellow caution tape in a long line blocking the doors. As a senior, I was extra cautious and literally afraid to shop there. At the same time the Banks location in Fayetteville was operating fairly normally AND offered Pick Up service. Employees who tell customers to leave and managers who do not follow through. Rude, unwilling to give assisstance for ANYTHING!! They are being paid right??!! I have to travel to another city to shop because employees do not want to work. Sad sad situation!!! Thank you to all those who take pride in their work. Hats off

I come here all the time i'm like a regular. My last time going was last Wednesday I purchased some Gatorade if you purchase 10 you get it for $.69 I purchased the same amount on Tuesday the day prior. When it was time to check out at the self check out I asked for assistance because the price didn't ring up. She called the manager over and he just entered my discount. After paying for everything and about I'm about to walk out the door the manager chases me and question me and where I saw the sign that said if you buy 10 you get it for $.69. First of all if you didn't want to give me the discount he should of verified the price Before giving a discount. But after I paid for everything already and walked out the door why would you Run after the customer to question her about the price. The discount was $3.10 I spent 60 and up every other day going to this Kroger and he embarrassed me for $3.10. I felt very discriminated and I felt like he was being racist to chase me for $3.10 if he felt that way he she never gave me the discount and I should've just returned everything. I guess they let anybody become a manager there

It's the first of the month and there was only one customer service employee assisting customers with money orders. Shame on you Kroger. There needed to be three employees to wait on your customers. There was constantly at least 30 people in line during a 30 minute wait. You can afford to have more customer service support during this time of month.
