If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the worst nail experience I’ve ever had here. I came in for a simple gel manicure and left with paper-thin nails that bend when I scratch. The French manicure I received looked uneven and sloppy—like I had done it myself with my non-dominant hand. When I returned to request a refund, I was told the owner wasn’t in and wouldn’t be available until next week. The staff refused to help me and instead tried to tell me that thin nails are “just what happens.” I asked if they could redo my nails using builder gel or SNS to strengthen them, but they don’t even offer those services. Poor workmanship, no accountability, and zero customer service. I do not recommend.

The lady that did my nails did a good job but made my ring finger bleed a bit. its a little snaggy but overall i love these nails.

Horrible customer service!!! they never have a solution for any problem. One worker dropped a ladies phone twice (damaged it) she came back to tell them and nothing was done. They played like they couldn’t do anything and said called the owner, but they didn’t give the owners actual number nor did they want to call themselves.

If your on a budget I will maybe suggest this place. But there are only 2 decent mail techs which are the younger 2 girls. There nail polish chips like hours after you leave. If you come back to get it fix they will try to charge you. They are by my house and they stay open a little later so their more of a convenience for me but every time I’ve been here someone comes in and complains about their nails chipping or coming off. Today was the last day that I will be going to them. Prices are to high to keep going to these nail salons and our services isn’t being done right

Very attentive. Outstanding customer service. Greeted when walked in door, told an accurate wait time. This was my first time at this shop and Michelle did a great job on my nails and making me feel like a regular. I would highly recommend and if you have ever seen my reviews I definitely don’t hold back.

Love this place. Every one is friendly and nice. Most of the tech are excelent. They do great ARTS. Oh and the prices are not expensive as other places. I have about 2 years going here

Customer service is horrible. I am over it. I’ve tired several times to give them the benefit of the doubt. It’s a hard no for me. The barley acknowledged me on a few visits. They do horrible nails. Bulky nails. And they have you waiting while most of them barley want to work. They just look talk and walk off. I’m done with this nail shop.

James did my fill in, it was my first time here. Let's just say, I will be returning! Did an AWESOME job! And the best thing is, the price doesn't change, whatever price they give you, that's what it is when you're done unless you add extras. I'm so tired of being told one price, and the half way done it's $20-30 more without any extra stuff done. Well they definitely keep their word, and do fantastic work! Will be returning! My daughter got her nails done also, with artwork and it was very reasonable
