There were only 2 people seated in the waiting room when I arrived at 10:25. I had a 10:30 appointment. I was not called by the technician until almost 11:00. Once in the back the process took all of 10 minutes. What is the purpose of an appointment if I have to wait almost 30 minutes? Make this make sense.
