Now if I could give them ten stars I would my car was in two separate accidents and I came to them both times . Each time they provided great customer service and excellent professionalism. They made my car look like it was never touched on each occasion and they also treated me just like family The communication was great when came time to let me know what was going on and when my vehicle will be ready I would recommend them to anyone and this is the only shop I will go to for any of my body work and any other services that they provide. This auto shop really took good care of me and this was my first accident ever. From start to finish, they were very fast and professional. I had spoken to other shops beforehand and they all were trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. This shop was different. And it only took them a week to finish the repairs. They took my claim estimate, ordered all the parts I needed, and had them installed immediately. The best part is the paint job is superior, my car looks better now than it did before. I am very satisfied with the finished product. The entire time Jana maintained communication with me and kept me updated, she gave me the best experience.
Side note: I knew within the first few seconds I pulled up that they were gonna take care of me because of how thorough they were in their inspection. I pulled up, they popped the hood, and evaluated every inch of my damage. They don’t underperform at all! You can trust them with your property and they have financing available if you need it. I drove out the way to get a Rushed quote because the secretary had to leave for a kids function. I was handed off to her brother who had no knowledge about the $5000 quote I was given. He felt I was over quoted by at least $1000 as well and was suppose to contact me when the owner arrived for an updated quote. Never happened. I’ll be taking my business to Roger’s Collision for $4000. Unprofessional.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. They never called me back. I always had to call them. They took forever to get me my truck back the paint was good but the masking of the trim was like a 12-year-old did it, they got paint all over my rubber trim! I paid them extra to fix the gap on my hood and adjusted and they never could get it right , they didn't charge me for the extra work but in the process they chiped my paint from the previous work they had done and a small dent in my hood from them trying to push on it I'm guessing. After getting it back there was bolts missing parts from the hood we're missing too, so I had to take it back yet again!Service: Body & Trim

RECOMMEND: Went here after the locking latch on my trunk stopped working and was stuck open. I should have gotten names, so I could give proper recoognition, but I was so happy they fixed it within 5 minutes that I plum forgot to ask. I didn't make an appointment, just called and told the young lady on the phone my issue and arrived within minutes of my call. I'm very appreciative because it was raining and it was absolutely no fun being on the road with a floppy trunk or being parked and not feeling my vehicle was secured.

This place right here SAVED ME!!! A deer ran in front of my car on i-75 South 5 minutes away from downtown Atlanta at 4am after dropping off a Uber customer and tore my car up in the front. M.O.P let me drop my car off early and the young lady there worked with me with my insurance that was taking their sweet little time and she assured me that my car was going to get fixed and not to worry. Anthony and his team worked hard to get all the parts that was needed to fix my car (Batman)2020 Nissan Armada. When the car wasn't ready when they expected it to be ready because it was hard to get this certain part for my car, Anthony out of the kindness of his heart made it possible for me to keep my Uber Hertz rental another week so that I could keep working to be able to pay my rent and my car note ♥️ Thank you M.O.P for EVERYTHING!!! It’s hard to find good professional work, but Anthony and his crew was AMAZING. When the estimate was done he told my husband my car would be ready in 3 days. I did not believe but he made a liar out of me. He wasn’t satisfied with his work from his eye, but to me it was perfect! After he completely finished the job, I could see what he was talking about!!!! GREAT work and VERY professional and considerate of my time without my car. They do amazing work. This car use to be White and Now it’s purple. This was definitely a custom paint job which they executed perfectly. Will only go to them for any auto body repairs..
