They sold me an 02 f150 for $5500, I asked to be out the door for that amount even and they were accommodating for a cash purchase and reduced the fees. I knew this was above spot, but they led me to believe they invested money into it and I didn’t want to argue. The amount of negotiation for the cash purchase was a little ridiculous and needed extra time, as it was, I didn’t want to barter on the other things that were wrong.I was there about three hours to purchase a vehicle cash. The owner was very nice and the sales people were good. Even had one customer swear by this place while I was there. While I had a good experience with the sales staff, and a moderate experience with the negotiation process, I am a very disappointed at the quality of the vehicle and the ethos this places operates.I had been given the impression the vehicle had some money invested in it and some work was done on it. I asked what was done, couldn’t tell me. Said they would look it up, I said go ahead. They said it would take awhile. I didn’t want to wait.True, I test drove it. True, there was a car fax. Also true that it’s totally unreasonable to purchase a 21 year old vehicle expect to not have to work on it at all, which I do not have this expectation. Also true that this is sold as is and I understand the reasoning. Let me tell you what was true about this vehicle tho.I noticed the tires were bad, the radio needed work, it was difficult going into third gear, the differential was leaking, the mirrors didn’t work.I noticed it had spark knock. Easy enough fix.Again, my expectation was I would purchase a vehicle and would probably need to do some work on it, as it’s just old enough to drink. When I started wrenching, I was really disappointed to find out so many things were broken and were actually really simple fixes. I was pissed that they lied to me and I can’t find a single thing done to it, at all. Maybe an oil change. That’s it. Oh and some cosmetics.Again, I totally understand that vehicles are sold as is and so on, and I understand the necessity of that to stay in business, but I also want you to understand that as a business owner, when selling a vehicle at 2k above mark, put a little bit more effort.Making sure that just basics were taken care of so the customer has a nicer impression and gets a better quality vehicle goes a rally long way. It’s just good customer service. One could easily knock this out for just a few hundred extra and the vehicle would be running so much better and I think this is a point of improvement. My review would be so different if that were the case. Most people do not know how to work on their own vehicles. So, this is a pain point, as your regular consumer would pay the equivalent of $2k extra on something they just bought. (My total so far, just in labor savings). And when your average customer is so broke they can barely afford a car payment, since this is a buy here pay here, you’re doing folks a major disservice.Every vehicle should have the following checked and serviced, and none of this was performed on mine.1). The air filter should be checked. Mine was so clogged it was awful. Easily years old.2). Brakes should be inspected. I have a hose cut for the brake lines.3). If there’s spark knock or some issue on acceleration, then check the plugs. I replaced mine and they were awful.4). Tires should be done in reason. Mine had bad tires.5). It should start easily. The mirrors should work. The radio should work. Just basic fuses should be checked. I needed to replace at least 3-4 fuses.6). The transmission oil & fluids should be changed. Just basic wrenching. I noticed a rear main drip that I will need to have taken care of.Update:Suspension was bad as well. Tires are cupping.Do better guys. I know you can do it.

Some years back I gave a bad review. I now regret COMPLETELY. This place turned out to be the ONLY place I truly trust for purchasing a used vehicle. Just keep up with your payments and you're good. It's all about communication. If you're going thru something and gonna be a payment or so behind communicate it and stand on it. I learned the hard way but I can't say they have ever turned me away. Everytime I needed a vehicle Andrea and the crew ALWAYS helped me get back on the road no matter what. This is the place y'all. See y'all soon M&S! ?

I just paid cash for a 2008 Lexus from these people, 13,000. I only had the car for a month in a half and the transmission need to be rebuilt. They just took my money from me knowing the transmission needed work.I just moved to Ga with my grandkids and have to have a way to work. There is no way I would put something up for sale knowing that it’s jacked up. These people may not see it coming now but I speak death on anyone that try to hurt my family in anyway. Your names Andrea will be uttered on my tongue day and night curses over you and your whole family for hurting mine for the rest of my days.

The absolute WORST. The first vehicle they sold me was a lemon. It broke down within a week. The car had wiring issues. Then they mad me put $500 down on another raggedy old ford focus. Then they gave me another vehicle to upgrade and the car had wiring issues. They will try to repo your vehicle after one missed payment. Stay far away from them!!!!

My husband and I just purchased a vehicle from M&S on December 3, 2022. We are already having problems with it after making 1 payment. My husband was on lunch break and as he was leaving Wendy's on Hwy 85 Riverdale the steering rack & pinion went out. He could not turn left or right. The vehicle would only go straight. He was unable to control the vehicle because the steering wheel only turned in circles. He ran over curbs and had to reverse in traffic to keep from being hit by oncoming vehicles. When he contacted the dealer, Iglesia said Corey was outside with a customer. We were told we had a warranty with a $250 deductible, however that wasn't true. After having to get the vehicle towed to Goodyear, we find out it needs $1900 worth of work. The warranty company picked and chose what it would pay for so we were out of $841 on a vehicle we've only had for 30 days. $841 is a lot more than $250. When we contacted Corey to let him know, he said that he would call and see if he could get half knocked off the $841. Shortly after he called back and said there was nothing he could do and told us to call Godyear to ask them to negotiate with the Warranty company. Who does that?? My husband told him to call the warranty company and he said he's swamped with work. Mind you, initially Corey told us to call M&S's mechanic. The mechanic there told my husband he was not going to do the work to take it back because they knew something was wrong with the vehicle when they sold it to us. (This was prior to taking it to Goodyear.) When Corey called back he told us their mechanic had our vehicle confused with another vehicle that was an older model with more miles. This happened January 3rd and today is January 7th and Corey has not called back. Please do not purchase a vehicle from this dealer! People work to hard to be getting scammed!

So I’m a new customer and yes my payments are up to date as well as insurance. I was pretty irritated with the contract signing. During part of the process it asks you questions to agree to certain things that wasn’t discussed by the sales person such as salvage or rebuilt titles. I had to stop and get a verbal on the record answer from the sales person about the vehicle I was buying. I was assured the vehicle title wasn’t rebuilt or salvaged.First real issue:The driver rear brake caliper was sticking and whoever checked the truck decided to use WD40 to hide the sticking caliper. Of course no one admitted to knowingly putting me in a dangerous situation or even attempted to resolve the issue. Luckily for me I didn’t have to drive to far and was able to catch it early (due to the wheel smoking). The test drive policy is horrible and put potential buyers in a bind. I had to wait to have full coverage insurance on the vehicle before test driving which basically means I had to buy it before I drove it which I feel I would’ve found the caliper issue.Second issue:Payments please make it more accommodating for people to make their payments. If I want to pay more than the weekly payment, I have to go in person or hope I can register my account online which I was unable to. Like I’m literally trying to give you money and the process is difficult do better.Overall the people so far seem to be your average neighborhood people who will help you to a certain degree but overall concerned about their bottom dollar as they should. They definitely not gonna go the extra mile for you but they will give you a decent product and honest with you to a certain degree. Make sure to take a mechanic with you to avoid that test drive policy stuff.

Just don’t recommend them plain and simple. Whoever runs their text messaging system has poor communication skills. Great cars poor staff not a great combination!

I was a customer with M&S a it auto for a couple of years. Guys if your choosing a "buy here pay here" type of car dealership just know that your going to pay high Interest if financing without a credit app...it is what it is. If you had good credit and want to finance a vehicle, go through your own private bank if you can help it. Banks are typically more lenient and flexible with their terms. As far as the staff and car sales, the staff is pretty laid back as long as you don't default on payments or Insurance. The only times I was really irritable is when I would get texts that my insurance was about to be cancelled, which came from a 3rd party company that was receiving incorrect Info from my insurance provider. The staff is somewhat laid back with a payment missed or two just know that they are and will seek the total balance due, those weekly payments stack up fast trust me. Stay on top of your payments, and if you can pay off your vehicle early to avoid the interest I would highly suggest doing so.Other than that, the process is pretty straight forward, just know what your getting yourself into. M&S takes extra steps and measures to cover themselves legally if anything should happen with the vehicle or contractual terms salvage vehicle or not.The vehicles I had for the most part where in pretty good condition with some hiccups here and there, but it got me where I needed to go. I suggest that you do a once over thoroughly with any vehicle you decide to purchase and that also goes for any car dealership or private sellers. At the end of the day if you do decide to get a vehicle from here, again just know what your getting into so there are NO complaints in the future. Keep your payments up to date and insurance on your vehicle and you'll be just fine.

Nick is awesome. He got me a very good deal on my first vehicle that I had to go back and get another to add to the fleet a few months later. And he took care of me again! Great cars, friendly service, and excellent prices, I'd recommend M&S to anyone needing a vehicle. You won't be disappointed!
