I went from the Boston Rd store because they call Riverdale for a phone that they had went in to that store in Springfield mind u I'm from out of town when I went they refuse service I was supposed to get financing on a phone the guy did not want me to like he was going to paid for my phone I left the store with a broke phone and no customer service.

Refuse to do internet exchange after I explained customer service told me to return box to metro. There's an invoice from customer service on my account that says to go to any Metro. Nancy didn't even bother to look up my Customer account. Just bad customer service and theirs no other customers to attend. She's just getting paid to sit down and refuse customer service.

Every time I come here to get a new phone they're closed early I just came here right now at 8:05 p.m. it says it closes at 8:30 in per usual for this location they're always closed earlier than it says even when I come to make a payment. I'm tired of this location whoever the manager is needs to be replaced

The man that was working today has the worst attitude. He doesn't have any customer service skills at all. I hate going to this location but sometimes I have to bc it's the closest. Every time that I go there, he's being rude to everyone!!! He wouldn't even transfer my kids emails/info to their other phones. Everything is an issue for him and he talks to you very rudely.

One star is too many.....after refusing to take a check GI refused to take my cash because he said I threw it at him. I was so shocked by his disrespectful, condescending attitude that I started shaking which made the money fall off counter ? $4.00 convienence fee for paying CASH IN PERSON @#$%%#@-$$. This place is unacceptable, greedy and does not care about their customers!!!! Or their needs just MONEY....GREEDY UNTRAINED RUDE CONDESCENDING EMPLOYEE GI

Asked the guy which was the manager, to help me find a phone, he talked me into purchasing the Motorola and I've been having trouble with it every since I bought it. Literally have been calling customer service every since the day I got it. When back into the store literally the same day and was told that I couldn't get another phone. Will never go back to this store.
