My Audi went out on me and I had it towed to a shop who states they specialize in European cars (it’s in their name) they just looked at my car like literally looked and said “I shouldn’t bother trying to fix it because it’s done” searched for someone else and called explain to Mr. Keith what happened and two hours later my car running like nothing was ever wrong. Fast, reliable, expert techs over here! Gained a forever client see you for regular maintenance time!!

So far the best bmw mechanic, besides bmw. Very professional and helpful. Mechanic on time and very polite. I would have did five stars but I believe I got over priced for the job, they say it was an hour work but really the mechanic they sent was very intelligent so it was like really less then 20min. Excellent work. Other than that trust me i will be using this company again real soon. I am a very satisfied customer.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible customer service and service! I called to make an appointment on Monday for an appointment on Friday and on Friday they sent a guy that had been working with them only for a month out. He didn't know what he was doing. She then told me she had scheduled someone else but unfortunately the men do not listen to her so they did not come and sent someone else out. This place wasted my whole day and now I have to find another professional place to take my vehicle too. I do NOT recommend them.

I really liked their service. The operator assigned a mechanic to me very quickly and the mechanic showed up on time. Mr. Lee, the mechanic, figured out very quickly that the battery is dead and the starter and alternator are fine. I appreciate his honesty. It cost me $100, which is OK for coming to my place and getting my car started so that I can drive to AutoZone and buy a new battery. I recommend them if you are in a situation that need a mechanic to come to your place.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!! My dad has still not heard back from this company after giving them money for a diagnostic and paying for the part! Very sad and disgusting that this company is taking money and not following back up with customers. He has been calling and calling with no answer! The least you could do is refund his money!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING, AND SAD!!!! SMH!!!! I GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!Update to company response #1: My dad has been trying to contact your company for a month since he gave you payment for diagnostic and parts with NO RESPONSE! That is entirely unprofessional. He has been waiting two weeks (close to three weeks) with no returned call and no refund. Highly unacceptable! This situation needs to be resolved ASAP. A follow up call is the least you all can do to keep customer updated regarding refund! That is customer service 101. SMH!

As a business owner I understand the value of reviews and the power that they hold. I have to commend this company because for them to be able to manage me as a client (some whose company is in the customer service industry. ) ??????Of course like every company there are always things to tweak and make better. My only major tweak that I would recommend for this company is being more diligent in quoting the most accurate pricing for parts and ensuring that the mechanics being sent have the tools required for the job.Other than that, this company has great communication correspondence and so do the mechanics. I was able to get my car fixed in my driveway and could see the work being done from my desk while I worked from home. They were very accommodating to my request of preferred communications. Mechanics sent me pictures of important information I needed to have and explained things I needed to know, even in a text message.I’ll definitely be recommending their services and using them for my other vehicles.Thank you!!!!!!!Services: Exhaust

May 26, 2023Communication is key. I felt red flags when the ‘so-called’ initial inspection was diagnosed from what I said instead of any ‘real’ work being done. I informed ‘Jomacka’ where the leak was coming from & what transpired to apparently make the leak happen on my 2008 Chrysler 300 Limited. After about 10 mins of diagnosing, Jomacka explained what my total price would be if they (he) did the work (within at least 2 weeks), and that it was a simple radiator replacement that should only take 35-45 mins. He then proceeded to call Keith (whom I first setup my appt with), who included a price of $300.00 (roughly) for a lifetime warrantied radiator. This made my total $582.68. I paid the $125.00, which is cheaper than dealerships or some brick & mortar shops. 4 days later, Anil came to finish the work. Anil actually removed the radiator and I tested it to locate where the radiator was leaking. He also noticed a hole in my lower radiator hose that wasn’t ‘diagnosed’ on the initial diagnosis. Anil had to go buy another lower hose, which I CashApped him on the spot ($40.00) to go get the hose. I was informed it was going to cost me $32.56. Supposedly, no Auto Place nearby had the hose, so Anil had to go quite a bit away to get it, which extended my repair time, plus an additional $125.00. After he returned, I had to assist Anil with installing the radiator. The installation was incomplete. Not everything was connected properly. This caused my fan to puncture my NEW radiator. So, about a week later, I called to see if ANYTHING could be done about the situation I was in now. The very nice young lady (I didn’t get her name) dictated my information & new diagnosis. Plus the fact that I was charged for a lower radiator hose even though I had already paid Anil to get one.The young lady informed me that she took down all the info I gave her & she would have Mr Keith call me back, he never did. Finally (yes I’ve omitted some not so important details) I call and got Mr Keith to refund me my $40, nothing was said about my other issue that I corrected myself.They may do some things better than others, but the ball was severely dropped on this one. This company’s services will never be used by me again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can’t tell u how unprofessional it is to 1. Not show up for appointments on more than one occasion. 2. Not call to say anything about the appointment being cancelled. 3. When I call no answer or call back until after a few calls a day. 4. I asked to do the financing to have my car repaired and have not heard back nor answer the phone just for me to just take the car to my dealership and they tell me it’s a completely different issue vs what I was going to pay more for.This seems to be black-owned and yes I would have preferred to spend my money here vs anywhere else. It’s great to have skills Bt customer service is equally if not more important. Especially for services like this. Days without your car is heavy money or income loss no one has time or energy to “beg” a company to do its job and get the money we already wish we didn’t have to pay.Service: Engine repair

When scheduling appointments I asked questions about what forms of payment and service coverages they accept and they lied to me about accepting the coverage only to find out at the last minute and had to cancel and look quickly for someone to fix my car? I really wish people would be more accessible to others in regards to other people schedules?
