I wonder how many potential clients their bus driver turns off. He would NOT be transporting my kids. Pure ignorance at its finest.

This is my second review from a different email. They lie about the hours of operation. I mean why would I bring my child to a daycare that closes at 5:30. 99% of the people in the metro Atlanta area gets off at 5. But this is what behooves me is that I have been asking for my tax information since Jan. and still haven't received it. I have called and emailed. The staff is rude and ridiculous. It's sad that the neighbor daycare center is not a good place to send your child. I am so glad my child no longer attends this daycare. Your child shouldn't attend it either. BTW. I ended up just guessing what I paid last year and I was glad I had her info from the previous year.

HORRIBLE Experience with most of the staff in charge. Ms. Parham the assistant director is one of the rudest and unfit teachers who I’ve also been threatened by. The director Joan (bless her heart) is only a mouthpiece with no authority who will often tell you “please work with me” in an attempt to brush you over, under the regional director Chrislen O, who blocked me on account of wanting to meet with her concerning my child. Some of the instances you’ll never hear about because it’s NOT RECORDED IN THEIR SYSTEM (they have no system of disciplinary records beyond a small folder kept in the front).A 1 year old child was unattended and wandered near the street, a 6 year old was touched and had to go to counseling, children of all ages being bullied by teachers and it all gets swept under the rug for your 200$ a week. They will not report to you when something happens with your child, and they do not follow their own disciplinary code, but will charge you for not following it. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very unprofessional the kids don’t even learn anything . Staff members allow the kids to do whatever . SCAM SCAM SCAM . All about the money here not a good place for kids . Staff very unprofessional kids don’t eat till after 12 sometimes . Wouldn’t recommend any children coming to the trap . Kids are never productive the turn over rate is high due to unprofessionalism .By far the worst child-care center I’ve ever experienced. Here’s my breakdown of that unacceptable facility:A non-stimulating environment (Some teachers could care less if your child learned anything; no specific education philosophies.) whew, I could go on and on….Hardly any emotional support from caregivers.Too many children (Kids at this center isn’t receiving adequate care). An unsafe environment. An unhealthy environment.Activities don't promote mental, physical, social and emotional growth.State licensing requirements aren't followed properly.A lack of open communication

This is my son’s 2nd year at Prime Care and he’s 3 years old. The director/owner is very professional and both proactive and reactive. She goes between two sites, but i always see her. That’s so comforting to know that someone cares about their business. Her assistant Director Mrs. Tripp is so sweet too. At one point the teachers didn’t seem fitting for the school when they bulked up their staff, the director caught on to it, took it seriously and got a whole new and better staff and I couldn’t be happier. I love how it only gets better here. From a learning stand point, my son is a genius because of this school. They waste no time in teaching your child education from the time he was 1 going in to 2 to now 3yrs old, he has progressed so much. He comes home saying he had a good day at school and he’s known his colors, alphabets, numbers to 20 and much more since his early 2s. My son can be shy, demanding and bossy at times (all or just one) and they navigate that easily and ground him in a professional manner. I’ve had some hard “toddler mornings” when my son didn’t want to go to school and shows out in the school lobby, they have no problem intervening and saying “we have him from here”. I love that! He immediately calms down and it takes the stress off of me. Just know this school is the cream of the crop of schools. I love the activities that they do for the summer and for the school year. They have a special guest today that I’m excited about, so I knew I had to leave a review today b/c I love Prime Care so much!

As a past employee of Prime Care Learning Center, I must say that it was a wonderful learning and teaching experience. As the Head Pre-K teacher I was allowed the freedom to create awesome learning experiences for the students. We would take field trips that created memorable memories for students and parents. For starters we would go to the UniverSoul Circus and every year Disney on Ice. Ms. Chrislen Okomo would go out of her way to put together fun activities throughout the year. She would put together great opportunities to bring the community together at her yearly functions celebrating the schools anniversary. Vendors from all parts of Georgia would sign up to feature what they have to offer to the community. Everyone would enjoy the food, music, and the joy that would be in the air during those events. Ms. C. Okomo would also put together field day activities for students during different celebrations. Her passion and desire to support parents and their children is epic. I have seen the time and dedication that she has put in, on top of all of her daily responsibilities, to create and edit a school yearbook placed on a CD for the center. My two children have also attended the after school program that gave them much needed support during that time. Everyone was supportive and genuinely concerned with making sure that their homework was understood and done correctly. During the summer months, they both always enjoyed going to Six Flags, roller skating, movies, etc. Educating and teaching Bible based character is one of the main focuses at Prime Care Learning Center. People can find negative things to say about any experience, it really depends on the individuals point of view. I would encourage others to give this great organization a try, before they just take any unknown individual's point of view, and know that Ms. Okomo and those that work for Prime Care Learning Center take her class motto to heart, "I will do my best, to be my best, in everything I do."
