Absolutely disgusting. I just moved my belongings in here yesterday with a family member. I come back to grab a couple things and there is a dead rat, maggots and ants all over my stuff. Is it not staff responsibility to clean these units before people move stuff in?

Was renting for 3 weeks came back to the unit having rat droppings on most of my belongings and rats also bit through my washer pipes.

My Son And I rented a storage unit from this location on February 1, 2021 to April 30, 2024 The office staff was Nice And Kind and the location was Always clean and all the other renter's was friendly, and if we ever need to rent another storage we will come back to you. Lord have Mercy!! I've been a loyal customer to public storage for 10 years.. I've been to several different ones in GA. But I can honestly say Shun is the best customer service rep I've ever encountered.
She is very sweet, kind and professional! Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. She the best.. promote her to a manager position she deserves it.
