Walking into the leasing office you can just feel the presence of positivity and comfort. The customer service was amazing!!! Ms. Irene was an angel so sweet and delicate, very helpful and full of joy. Along with Mrs.Tynisha the property manager, her patience is unmatched. She was busy with other residents and taking important phone calls, but yet was able to keep a smile on her face and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. I could see the gratitude in those women’s smile being able to help me. They really took a load off my shoulders, and made my day! Thank you sooo much ladies

I don't know where to begin, Ms. Tyneisha and Ms. Irene are so amazing!!! They are literally God's angels on earth. They are professional, efficient, fast, and understanding. They get the job done every time and are a great team. The maintenance staff is amazing as well. They literally get the work order done same day to make sure our home environment is welcoming.

From the initial phone call with Tyniesha to the moment I moved into the Reserve at Garden Lake, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt in addressing any questions or concerns I had, especially Ms. Irene. Their approach to customer service is evidently a cut above the rest, demonstrating a genuine care for residents and a commitment to excellence.The property itself is a testament to the quality of the Reserve at Garden Lake. Miss Tynisha and Miss Irene were absolutely phenomenal. This being my first apartment, I wouldn’t have asked for greater teamwork. I love my new place that I call home. The space is amazing, the floors are breathtaking. I’m enjoying every minute of it. There is an abundance of peace that I feel. Thank you for a great job.

I had a highly frustrating experience with this apartment complex. Communication is abysmal – Most calls go unanswered, and the leasing office ladies are consistently rude. They took my application fee but ignored me until my quote expired. When I needed assistance due to a misspelled email, they were unhelpful and even attempted to charge me another application fee. The only person that even attempts to help you is the leasing manager, but good luck getting her on the phone! And when I told them I felt as though they were brushing me off they basically told me if I don’t like them i can go live somewhere else. Poor service and lack of empathy make this place an obvious NO!

They made the application process difficult for my grandma. She had the income but they wouldn't accept paper pay stubs. It seemed like an okay place but I wish they were more accessible to older folk. Then called the day before my application expired asking for me to go to the bank or something like they weren't about to close in five minutes.

12/14/2023 update: I worked with Ms Tynisha the Manager and she swiftly corrected all issues in my unit in an extremely short period of time! I am grateful and appreciative of her professionalism and dedication to ensuring my home is comfortable. THANK YOU!12/9/2023 update: Dayrise Residential customer service & maintenance services are horrible. Work orders for my unit have been placed several times over the last two years & still haven’t been addressed. There are plumbing issues & many other concerns that have not been resolved9/1/2021 Update: Dayrise Residential has been consistent in providing excellent customer service with their staff. Our current Manager Jonathan and his team Tynisha & Allen are SUPERB!! They are very eager to assist, professional and courteous even when dealing with sensitive matters. I appreciate them and look forward to continually working with them! Thanks for all your hard work!Very nice quiet and clean community with employees who care about your needs.
