“Great Staff!! My son went to North Carolina to his aunts home for Christmas and came back with 3 pair of shoes that were too big. The manager and one staff went above and beyond to make sure I found shoes his size. Unfortunately there were none in the store so the manager suggested I order online and have them delivered. I was expecting them to arrive 3-5 business days later but they came the very next day!!! Amazing customer service and shipping??”

“I recently visited this store to see what they had to offer after being away for some time. Unfortunately, I found the shoes, even the clearance items, to be significantly overpriced. Despite this, I was able to find a suitable pair of black high-top sneakers and took advantage of a BOGO deal to purchase a second pair. The cashier was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products I purchased, and her customer service was exceptional, welcoming every customer with a warm greeting. Overall, the customer service experience was old-fashioned and wonderful.”

She took time to re-measure his feet and assisted him with the lacing of the shoes and insured the fit was correct. Jerrica was very customer friendly (mannerable). I am a retired Marine Corps Officer and I recognize leadership and concern in individuals. Jerrica has these qualities and more. I recommend her for leadership and management positions with Nike.”
