“Went here to return a shoe and couldnt find what I was looking for. The store associate, Jeffery, was soooo helpful. He checked with me twice to see if I needed help and when I was looking for another store to go to, he told me he could order a shoe for me and ship to my house. His customer service was GREAT... he helped me get my shoe ordered and not have to go elsewhere... All stores need a Jeffery... I will def be shopping here again.”

There were people there who were rude due to the wait and her moving around helping others, taking their frustration out on her when she was doing her job. I’ve came in multiple times and she’s helped me every time, very helpful and does great embroidery. Cut her some slack, you people are just rude for no reason, learn manners.”
“Located in a dying mall this Lids shop has a pretty decent selection, the guy up front whatever his name was I don't remember but he was super chill, helped me with font sizing and I'm sure most people would have said F it you get what you get.
