Five Below does not make exchanges or refunds without your receipts.My friend told me that Five Below sells books. I have found interesting books, even fun activities for couples. Books are the reasons I am visiting the store more often.”
“Went here to return a shoe and couldnt find what I was looking for. The store associate, Jeffery, was soooo helpful. He checked with me twice to see if I needed help and when I was looking for another store to go to, he told me he could order a shoe for me and ship to my house. His customer service was GREAT... he helped me get my shoe ordered and not have to go elsewhere... All stores need a Jeffery... I will def be shopping here again.”
