“I love the Egusi soup and the Pepper Soup with the fufu. It's spicy and legendary. If you eat those two, you can't lie and say that you don't eat your greens and cornbread with your bare hands. It's kinda the same thing. #atlpaperchasers”
“I love this store, but their curbside pickup is a complete waste of time. They won’t replace anything if the exact product isn’t available, so I ended up with only half of what I ordered. I was trying to avoid walking through the store since I’m sick, but now I’ll have to go back anyway.”
“Aldi earns a solid four-star rating for its affordable prices, high-quality products, and efficient shopping experience. As a discount supermarket chain, Aldi is known for its no-frills approach, focusing on providing customers with essential items at unbeatable prices.
One of the key strengths of Aldi is its commitment to offering quality products at affordable prices. The store's private label brands often rival name brands in terms of taste and quality, allowing customers to save money without sacrificing quality.
The shopping experience at Aldi is efficient and straightforward. The store layout is designed for easy navigation, with a limited selection of items that reduces decision fatigue. Additionally, Aldi's cart rental system and bagging-your-own-groceries policy help keep costs down, allowing the company to pass on savings to customers.
While Aldi's selection may be more limited compared to traditional supermarkets, the essentials are readily available, including fresh produce, dairy, meat, and pantry staples. Weekly specials and rotating seasonal items add variety and excitement to the shopping experience.
Customer service at Aldi is generally satisfactory, with staff available to assist with any questions or concerns. However, the checkout process can sometimes be rushed during peak hours, leading to longer wait times.
Overall, Aldi offers excellent value for budget-conscious shoppers, earning a solid four-star rating for its affordable prices, quality products, and efficient shopping experience.”

“I shop here about three times a week. I buy as I eat. Not into freezing something that's not already frozen . The only place I buy not frozen Salmon THE PRICE !!!! Always good customer service. When the line gets long another register is open before I get irritated. I also believe good customer service begins with a good customer?”
“I only just visited for the 1st time and did a little shopping. Most of the prices, and products are very good. Some better than Aldi. Nice store to be in also. I was impressed. I will go back.”
“I love this store. It is my favorite place to shop for groceries! Everyone is so friendly and they are always going out of their way to help anyone and everyone they can.”
“I love buying my fruits and vegetables at John's. I drive a long ways to shop there. They are not open everyday. The people are so nice. The fruits and vegetables are so delicious. I have been shopping there for many years. I don't mine driving far to shop there. Thank you. ?????”
“Clean store and friendly staff. Lines can get a little long sometimes because they've become so popular. Popularity is bitter sweet because the prices have begun to go up.”

“Love Aldi's! Every time I go, I get the absolute most for my money! The employees are so very friendly and considerate. I consider it the best place to shop!”
“I used to use it for Instacart. I don't anymore. Too much nonsense occurred. Aldi is great for inexpensive things. People in the parking lot want to ask you for money.”
“It was my birthday and my daughter ordered me a cake and just had me to go pick it up. They did a wonderful job the way she wanted it. That’s the way they did it and when I tell you, the cake was delicious you guys if you have ever or have not, you may need to try it. They was great and it was on point. It was a red velvet at the end of the day it was delicious. I appreciate y’all going hard for me. Keep up the great work and you got people out here. That would definitely tell the truth so nice job Publix.”
“Slim cash register guy can be weird, when I’m grabbing my change he always try to touch my hands while staring at me. I could be on the other side of the store and he’ll just stare without saying a word. Other than that the staff is helpful, it’s a convenient store to run in when you need something quick.”
“The best Mom and Pop store on the south side. Very respectful employees, and excellent services. Just what we needed in the neighborhood. You can access anything from a nice cold drink to money orders. Open early and close late. Lucky is the way to go!!!!”
“Stopped by just to see what they served. The mostly spoke Spanish but were very nice and I placed and order. The burrito was very good. They made it like I requested and I was impressed. I then shopped at the grocery part of the store for some cleaning products. I will return.”
“The quality of the meat is the best. I live a little far away but I like to buy quality! Their bread is also delicious, but the service from the cashiers is not very good, they are always with a price, as if they were going to give you things for free! I have never received a free soft drink, nor was they offered the points card very badly and I don't pay with EBT...because I see that that also bothers them”

“Normally when I come it’s before work for a sub sandwich. My stomach had other plans. I came to get fruit it was a lot of stuff missing and Swavey went above and beyond to make sure we all had what we needed. She took everyone to the aisles , she went to the back to get product that wasn’t on the floor and she answered all questions with a smile. We need more workers like Swavey. I appreciate her.”

“It's always busy over there, and the parking lot construction makes it difficult to navigate, but the store is always clean, products I need are in stock, and staff are mostly friendly.”
“I thought this grocery store was quite convenient to S. Dekalb Mall. They appear to have many items and the prices seem cheaper than Krogers for many things.
They have a policy where you must leave all outside bags/bookbags at the front. Which i thought was strange (never had seen that before in supermarket).
I had a situation where i was charged an incorrect price for some items ($2.79 vs 1.99). I pointed it out to the cashier (who was customer service) and she initially responded that i must have picked up the wrong items (she didnt actually check). So i went back and looked at the items and took a photo.. After going back to the CS desk, THEN she have an attendant check the price. They verify it is $1.99. NO APOLOGY. but they did refund the difference. And i even bought another item i didnt know existed because it was in a different aisle (they guy who checked the prices had brought it to the cashier for comparison).
So i didnt want to give 1 or 2 star review and be accused of not supporting black owned businesses or being "petty". But was i wrong for not wanting to be overcharged?”
“My grocery stores are krogers and Wayfield. I go to Wayfield more often as it's my community.
Wayfield typically offer top notch service and products. On the few times that they have not, it only takes a phone call or a conversation with anyone in management.
The corrections are made expeditiously. The young people who work there are also courteous and professional.”

“I use to love this little store. They knew my while family and made us feel welcomed. Id let my kids walk there (right up the street) and know that they were taken care of. They'd always let me know how respectful and well mannered my kids were. Ince i told them we were moving it hit us all hard. I really miss them.”
“Good place to make a delivery. Space is tight and very limited. For semi trucks in order to make a delivery, you need to enter to Grace Foods backing up otherwise you will get stuck. Just be patience when backing up.”

“Great store and I am a Kroger die hard. I recently moved back into the Jonesboro area and can't beat the market's convenience, welcoming staff and always fresh seafood (not red meat eater) and my favorite apples honey crisp. It is easy in and out, always something on sale that I use and the individually premade breakfast, lunch & dinner meals are affordable and unlike Walmart now, does include vegetables not just fried carbs/starches. Oh, security always says hello too and no loitering is allowed.”
“Each place is in the process of prosperity. The place makes its clients feel welcome, from its employees of the place who in turn deserve stable employment to support their families, that's why when I go there I would like to get stranded But I go I receive friendly and I feel the only one in the only one! Keep going for your people and clientele!”
“I ate at the taqueria and ordered a chicken burrito and a tamale and they were both delicious. The salsa bar offers a variety of options to spice up your meal. The service is fast and friendly. I definitely recommend this place if you want a taste of Mexico.”
