If you need anything, call Tmobile directly. 2 representatives and a supervisor could not come together to process 1 payment. Account number, security pin and all was not enough for them to assist my grandmother. I would just like to say, if you all are unwilling to assist your customers with something as simplistic as a payment, then you find someone that can. Use the resources available to you to help you service your customer and stop with the laziness. Unacceptable.

Unprofessional staff, not willing to assist and confrontational.I live down the street from this location but I go across town to pay my bill. This store has deter me from investing in T mobile. I will never go into this store ever.

Overall service was good. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Bring a jacket, it was really chilly. I would definitely recommend this location, just bring your patience.

Loved our visit to this store. I am so sorry, I can't think of our customer service agents name at this moment, but I have located by the contract the sales Rep last 3 digits are 443; if that helps any. She was very kind and amazing . Very courteous and professional,the service timing wasn't bad with taking care of everything we needed. They were the only ones store that actually had the phone that my husband wanted to upgrade the S23 Ultra. Very nice phone. Thank you for your expertise and quick service. It was a great visit for us. The facility was clean and spacious,and they had various devices on hand.

I went to this T Mobile store and the one on Camp Creek. What I learned today is these sales associates don’t want anything to do with you unless you can upgrade your phone. I wanted to upgrade from my 14; however, the 15 is not available yet, and there was not a next level phone to upgrade to, so the customer service quickly declined. The heavy set dude on the right at Camp Creek (wish I had a name) told me he did not have the screen protector 13 I needed since I couldn’t completely upgrade, and told me my screen protector would be free according to my plan, which was a lie. I go to the Riverdale location asking about the screen protector, and the slim dude w/ little short dreads was so agitated and rude about me asking about the screen protector, I just stopped talking to him and left. I realized if I needed any kind of replacements just go to Metro by T Mobile. They aren’t expecting to sell you a phone, and the same gadgets that T Mobile has Metro by T Mobile has it cheaper. Hope I saved an innocent person some time and energy.

I went to return a phone here and had an issue and was told I need to file an insurance claim. An associate there Ken told me an alternative way to solve my issue and it ended up saving me from leaving a bad review and honestly leaving T mobile. Management needs to really think if it's better to help solve a small problem then have long term customers leave the company.

Store has a lot of employees but no help to pay my bill. I was saying my pin and I said it wrong the first time and the assistant changed my pin without my approval because she was rushing me. I then said the right pin and she said she now found my account

Hope was a very rude salesmen. She doesn’t know how to talk professionally. I’m not her friend, I’m just here for business. I’ll go spend my money somewhere else with someone who knows how to speak to a customer.
