I went to the college park location to rent a small uhaul & I was told they were sold out as well as the one on old national! They looked at which locations had one & was told this location had it! So they booked a reservation & when I went there I went to the door knocked & called multiple times & no answer! I waited over 1hr & nobody came out! They had a lot of trucks but no representatives

Do not use for uhaul services. They have 2 vehicles with 0 utilities. They don't fill up vehicles nor do they mark all the damage already on them but say they have. The real uhaul is down the street and they take care of you.

I hope not to EVER use this location again. The lady at the counter has such a bad attitude. The n on top of that she puts the truck key out of a hole in the screen of the window and it's up to you to find what truck is yours. When I say she make the company as a whole look bad, I mean I HOPE TO NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN
