The worst customer service in the area! Employees don't want to work and give you meaningless excuses!
A few days ago I went to refill a propane bottle and the employee came very reluctantly, stood in front of me and said that she couldn't refill it because the paint was coming off the bottle!!????
Don't go to that place because you don't like to work!!

The whole experience was a disaster from the time I picked the truck up and the transmission went out to the time I went to the storage to drop off!!!!

Excellent Staff. Very Knowledgeable and Quick! The young lady at the front desk blew me away assisting 3 people at one time while answering the phones. Wow! The young man out assisting with hitch connections was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great Job!

Went to 4 different uhaul locations all had very very poor customer service no help cut off and did not have no pick up trucks . Or i made reservations received confirmation number arrived to location they did not have the vehicle i had reservations for . Please update website

These people are so unprofessiona every at the counter even the manager they don't even greet you once you come in because their all to busy on their personal phones having personal conversations for everyone to hear, to add they practically stole my cousin's money since he paid in cash claiming that when we brought the truck back with a damage head light which is impossible because we never would have driven it home like that. Also, we were never ever advise to to do a once over look before we left.

Dee and Tamara were excellent! Dee was busy and multi task customers with payments, reservations, and questions meanwhile upgrading our storage unit and NEVER skipped a beat! Excellent customer service!! Tamara was knowledgeable and very helpful!
