I recently switched to this pharmacy because I moved to this area. Never have I ever dealt with such rude and incompetent people in a pharmacy. I I very single time I come here I have to go through the same exact issues.. & the ladies make it blatant they don’t care enough to fix the issue in the system so it’s not ongoing. Absolute last time coming to this pharmacy

I have literally been sitting at this drive thru for 13 mins at the window and the lady has come to the window 7 times and has yet to even acknowledge that I’m sitting here waiting. I’m a Property Manager and Customer Service is at the TOP of my list. At least speak and tell me you will be with me shortly. But I’ve gotten NOTHING and I’m still here waiting? Totally unprofessional and poor customer service!!! I’ve NEVER experienced this at this location!! I’m very dissatisfied. After 17 mins she comes to the window and asks for my date of birth and last name without apology or anything. If she represents your brand, I suggest you re think her position on the front line‼️‼️‼️

Unprofessional and bad customer service the The pharmacy and the techs…will not fill my prescription because of the way I look tell me they don’t have the medicine when they feel my grandmother’s prescription every month.

I asked for a prescription to be delivered to my home on December 9th. It is December 23rd and I still have not received the prescription. I have tried to phone 2 days in a row with today being the 3rd day. I was told that I picked the prescription up which is not true because I am disabled and I don't own a car nor do I drive. The next call I initiated the assistant said they don't have tracking numbers listed. It was near closing time and I could hear someone in the background telling the assistant to end the call because they were ready to close. The third call I made the assistant was able to give me a FedEx tracking number. Once I contacted FedEx I was told the shipper (Walgreens) still has the prescription in their possession because a label was created but it never was retrieved by the FedEx courier. I immediately phoned Walgreens back. I spoke with the same assistant. She went into an explanation as to how they process meds for delivery through FedEx. I explained how crucial it is for me to receive this medication. The assistant said the pharmacist will fulfill the order. That was at 9:45 am. I never received a confirmation that the medication was ready for pickup. Needless to say, I have contacted the Walgreens customer service department to file a complaint. The pharmacy at this location is very chaotic. I'm thinking someone dropped the ball with this and no one wants to be held accountable.

Lousy customer service. They don't answer the phones at all. The phone message takes you in a circle, they leave you on hold then they don't answer. It the labor shortage that bad?

For some reason, w have had prescriptions canceled by someone at this location. When I spoke with a pharmacist (Marcus) he said 'some Medicare patients don't want to pay the price for my particular medication". I asked who makes that decision since I've always paid for my medicine and I should've received a call to ask if I wanted to have it filled. He had no explanation. This is the second time this has happened. I'd still like to know who made that decision and why since I've never received 'free' medications from here.

Used to be a great Walgreens I knew everyone in there they knew me now they are gone including the manager. Now the employees never smile rarely if ever speak most seem to don't want to be there and there's a new manager so I quit going to this Walgreens it's going downhill.
