This review is for the Walgreens on Hwy 85 in Riverdale, Ga. They keep sending me texts about prescriptions I have not submitted a refill for! I have requested that none of my medications be on automatic refill but it keeps happening. The staff I talk to has no reasonable explanation for why it keeps happening. It's very frustrating to say the least. If not for convenience I wouldn't even use this pharmacy.

On 10/21/23 I placed an order to have some old videos placed on a DVD on 11/1/23 I received an email saying that the order was cancelled and to come to the store to place the order again. When I got to the store the first young lady tried everything possible to locate the order she called Fuji films they said they didn't receive it and to call FedEx. FedEx states that they delivered it to an address in Norcross although it was supposed to be delivered to Greenwood S.C. now FedEx won't give me any info about my property because I don't know the wrong address where it was shipped. I know that lady Amanda put the wrong labels on my items. She was looking confused when she printed the label. But today she said the labels are pre- printed. I'm going back tomorrow someone needs to recover my property. I know people have a lot on their mind sometimes. I forget packages at the warehouse and sometimes leave something for a company at a different site. I can wait a few more days

I asked for a prescription to be delivered to my home on December 9th. It is December 23rd and I still have not received the prescription. I have tried to phone 2 days in a row with today being the 3rd day. I was told that I picked the prescription up which is not true because I am disabled and I don't own a car nor do I drive. The next call I initiated the assistant said they don't have tracking numbers listed. It was near closing time and I could hear someone in the background telling the assistant to end the call because they were ready to close. The third call I made the assistant was able to give me a FedEx tracking number. Once I contacted FedEx I was told the shipper (Walgreens) still has the prescription in their possession because a label was created but it never was retrieved by the FedEx courier. I immediately phoned Walgreens back. I spoke with the same assistant. She went into an explanation as to how they process meds for delivery through FedEx. I explained how crucial it is for me to receive this medication. The assistant said the pharmacist will fulfill the order. That was at 9:45 am. I never received a confirmation that the medication was ready for pickup. Needless to say, I have contacted the Walgreens customer service department to file a complaint. The pharmacy at this location is very chaotic. I'm thinking someone dropped the ball with this and no one wants to be held accountable.

Lousy customer service. They don't answer the phones at all. The phone message takes you in a circle, they leave you on hold then they don't answer. It the labor shortage that bad?

A great place to shop your groceries and pharmacy. I particularly love to use their ? cos it's safe, convenient and they charge a small fee compared to others.
