The banker in the last cubicle, he wasn't conducting any business with customers. He brings his friends into his cubicle, and talks to them about everything, but banking. I had to wait over an hour to get help. The other two bankers, the lady and the guy in the middle cubical were doing there job, helping with banking, the last guy, isn't interested in helping anyone. He's another one that doesn't want to work. I won't come back to this bank, iunless i I need anything other then to get cash or a deposit.

Terrible customer service, I had an appointment and waiting over an hour while one went on lunch and the rude lady told me I could leave and go to another bank. Other customers left for the same reason. Worst treatment ever experienced in a bank.

This is the worst ever 1st the drive thru been closed for almost a month then one day is 2 teller then the next time it’s only 1 teller but you letting people make calls about their check while standing in from of you holding up the long line!!!!! I think this bank is about to close they need some serious help and where is the manager!!!!!!!

ATM machines do not correctly count what your depositing. I went on different days to deposit money and each time the ATM counted less than what I was depositing. All of their machines!!!

So I went into the bank this morning to get change however they did not have all the change I needed and I understood that but however it was no customer service it was no greeting and the person that I went to just to me was very rude no kind of way that I felt that she was polite in that manner this is a bad experience for a Wells Fargo bank that I’ve ever been to I was not happy about the service that I was getting

Easy in and out service been with Wells Fargo for about 4 years now and I have never had a problem with them so far even though I mostly use only services most of the time.

Unbelievable. I'm trying to communicate to the lady about my deposits and then she gets an attitude with me for no reason. She kept on making answers that my account wasn't operating adequately, she lied to me that my money had gotten stolen, and then she says due to that my credits are disabled... She was a new employee at Wells Fargo and now today she is already starting a difficulty out of me. I'm sorry if I stimulate any discomfort and situations with the lady. I have to say that I wanted to get home and I didn't want to start drama with her and I spoke as friendly to her as possible and she didn't care she was still being mean. For any more troubles, I just drive on I couldn't take the girlfriend to take any more damages.

They no help with it come down something you don’t in your account someone else did and wait 10 business day for them to fixed you still pay the overdraft fee
