Had an issue, made a call and they immediately tried to talk me through a solution. When that didn’t work, the technicians showed up within a few hours to resolve it. Professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Great overall service and my INTERNET SPEED IS AWESOME!

I heard great things about this fiber Internet, so I called one day and talk to Brittany and she told me all about it, the difference in the plans and was very helpful and wanted to make sure I was getting the best service I could. They came and installed everything a few days later and now I love having fast Internet. Public service is in Roberta is the best. They are professional and reliable. I'm glad we switched over. After the weather took our electricity through the night and most of the day, I discovered the wifi was not working when the power was restored. I called PSTEL and put in a ticket thinking it would be the next day before I heard from anyone. After only 15 minutes… two trucks pulled up to fix the issue!! i wish I had gotten their names!! I could not have asked for better service!!!! Thank you so much!!!
