A week and a half ago, I bought a birthday card and a Starbucks Coffee $50 gift card at Publix. I was in Roberta, Georgia and mailed the envelope containing the birthday card, Publix gift receipt and gift card. I paid the short heavy set female employee for a stamp and she laid the card on the counter and she stated that she had to stamp the envelope as having been mailed. Today, my daughter in law sent me a picture of the envelope with the top ripped open. The stamp had not been canceled on the envelope. The birthday card was still in the envelope but the gift card receipt and the gift card had been stolen by a postal employee. My Postal Inspection Service Case Number is 81439735. If you mail anything of value through the post office, postal employees will steal it.

Lady who works there currently is so rude and argumentative, have had so much trouble getting packages from her, it's on our account to put in a keyed lock box when we receive packages which stoped happening as soon as she started working there, me and my wife have been treated rudely on separate occasions by her when all we wanted was our package, this woman became frustrated because she actually had to look for our packages since she wouldn't put them where they go, please someone educate her on proper customer service

This is the worst company in the US they do not answer will not talk to you I had my VA medicine stolen from they put a ripped open medicine bag in my mailbox with no meds instead of knocking on my door to inform me what a system we have they need to do away with the post office all together

Can't delivery a package at my house but you can deliver it where I work.. Also I haven't got mail in the past few weeks to the point I have to call and pay the bills just because I don't get mail.
Ever since Christmas it feels like I have to go to the post office to get my mail I haven't even got a coupon mail since before Christmas unless I ask for it at the post office.

Mail & packages not delivered. Keep saying my gate is closed. I do not have a gate...never had a gate. When re-delivered packages and mail crammed in mail box...packages lying on open box lid. Yesterday this happened again and everything sopping wet, and out there for anyone to stop and get. Neighbors have said their packages areLeft at Highway by trash can. We need a competent carrier on this route because some of the things crammedsick of this in box are costly and I have had many things damaged.

This PO does a pretty good job of serving this community. They do seem to care and do their best to make things run smoothly. They do need more people helping the line move during peak times, though. I ppreciate them being here.
