Military treatment facility. Long lines for prescription drop off and pick up after 10:00 AM.

Forces people to come on base. I was sick and had no one to drive me and they said the only way I could be seen is to come on base and I couldn’t get a referral to a urgent care where it was way closer.

This place is great. So helpful. They could be better if the way you activated a new prescription was improved.

Its the military pharmacy and could do so much better in its organization of refilling, dropping off scripts and picking up. Its a pain.

Very busy but very nice staff. Lots of changes are happening which are challenging but I'm so thankful for this facility.

The 78th Medical GroupGoes to the MTF website supports the war and peacetime mission of the 78th Air Base Wing, Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, and more than 30 associate units representing six major commands. They provide health care to more than 47,000 military and civilian personnel. 47,000.....47,000....47,000. And STILL so many selfish comments....unbelievable. smh...smh. Try ordering your prescriptions through the my healthy vet app, they arrive stress free to your home within the same week.

I had to activate 2 prescriptions at the pharmacy. I went over yesterday, 20 people waiting, after 30 minutes only 2 people helped. I left because I didn't have all day to wait. I returned this morning, same person at the activation window, 9 people in front of me this morning, waited only 45 minutes because one of the other techs helped activate. I finally got to the window and activated the prescription and thenshe said I will fill it????? What???? You have several people waiting to activate and you are going to fill the script????? So inefficient. The best thing was that I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes to get the prescription. So I was out in an hour. Seriously considering moving all my prescriptions to Walgreens.

Prescription activations require speaking to a representative; however, they never answer the phone. I have called numerous times and remain on hold until the phone disconnects. Since they won't answer the phone, I have to drive to base to activate prescriptions that will not be filled for at least 10-15 business days. Because this base was unable to house active duty military members, driving 30 minutes to base to activate a prescription is not feasible. The wait times for prescription pick up are outrageous. They attempted the kiosk option for a while, but that was unsuccessful. I would rather pay for my prescriptions than to deal with this facility.

It seems like Robins MDG intentionally makes their pharmacy practices extremely difficult with the hope of driving you to pay local pharmacies for your prescriptions. They do not answer the phone, wait times are 2+ hours, and it will most likely be for nothing because they will not have filled the prescription you activated 3 weeks prior. I've been here for almost 3 years and it's only gotten worse.

The process to get your medicine is obviously broken. I saw a post dated a year ago saying the same thing. Other bases I've been to don't have this problem. What is leadership doing to improve?

Getting meds for retirees at this pharmacy has turned from a small inconvenience to a complete nightmare!!! Shouldn’t take weeks to get our meds. They keep blaming “ the new system” for the delays. Waited three hours the other day in both the new activation room ( to activate a med) and the pharmacy only to be told that the meds weren’t quite ready!! Advised them that I had received a text message indicating they were. They said that I could wait another forty five minutes to an hour. Opted to come back as it was too close to their quitting time and didn’t what to wait another hour. Just seems that serving in the military these days “ ( for some) is just a 8 to 5 job. When I served you worked overtime, on weekends till the mission was complete! Might be time to implement a second shift to elevate these long waits!

The system needs help. More staff, and a better and faster way of filling prescriptions, have medication in stock. So much could be improved for sure.

Can never get my calls through to activate scripts. Very annoying. Always goes to VM and says don't leave voicema!

The phones are usually not answered, and when they are, you are promised a call back that does not happen. Many meds take a long time to get and fill, with no notification. Your website says you will be open Monday, but it is Labor Day. Very disappointing.

I tried refilling a prescription for the first time using the automated option. If it doesn't work, you get disconnected. I tried calling the pharmacy for a refill and was on hold for 3 minutes...no big deal. But the lady came back on and asked for my name and date of birth again. As I write this, I have been on hold for over 30 minutes. Normally, I would hang up and call back but I just have the phone on speaker as I type this and then back to work.
