Went to Charlie's. Waited about 10 minutes before someone finally came to the front and took my order. Alice the manager who finally cooked the sandwiches on the grill obviously did not read her screen for the toppings because my sandwich was supposed to have all the toppings with extra pickles. I got home and I had nothing on my sandwich. Alice is rude as always. The other worker was very friendly.

If you have access, this is a great place to shop. They have come a long way since the pandemic. It was more of a hassle to go in here but now it's much easier, you can find almost anything that you could at other stores and the prices are competitive. I recommend.

If you have access to the base, this is a pretty convenient place to get items if you don't want to go to Walmart. In terms of items, it has everything someone on base would need. It has pretty good clothes selection though you may have to wait for the more popular items to come in. The best part is that there's no sales tax for the items you buy. There's also a convenient food court with Popeye's, Charley's and Starbucks for all your food needs.

So Management in their infinite wisdom decided not to order any plants this year for their patrons! I couldn't believe they had no plants at all and weren't getting any. So I guess I will take my business to Lowe's because Aafes doesn't want any customers spending money there? It's no wonder the Base exchange is not making much money!

The exchange is refreshing when compared to the conditions of similar, non-military brick and mortar facilities. The absolute best part is zero reminders of racial strife, roaring all over the U.S. right now. It has very high quality goods and EVERYONE seems to be cordial to EVERYONE else. Like a pleasant vacation from our present norm.

The staff is always friendly. The selections in the store seems to be cutback. Like the new panda Express.

Made a quick trip to pick up necessities. Store was well stocked and there were adequate checkout lines open. Food court well manned, but no indoor dining was a bummer.

I always love going to the commissary, more cheaper for meat and some other items. Service is better and I am proud to be a retired soldier Thank you all!

You have to have a base ID for access to this Mall like building. If you do, they have a great selection of fast food, and nonfood items.

Just know the food court isn't really open on the weekend and if you bring anyone without a military ID you will need to check in with the visitors office at gate 3 they will need to get a pass.

I know it is a priviledge to have a commissary near us, we appreciate it. But often enough they dont have the selection as in the public stores. They dont carry sugar free items or seasonal items
