All prescriptions received by the pharmacy require the patient or their caretaker to request the prescription to be filled or “Activated.” Prescriptions are not automatically processed by pharmacy. To request a prescription to be fill please have your provider send an electronic prescription to Robins AFB pharmacy and message the Robins pharmacy via GENESIS patient portal (patientportal.mhsgenesis.health.mil)
