My boyfriend and I both had eye exams here today. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Clark gave me a very thorough exam and explained how macular degeneration (which I have) affects the vision and ways to slow the progression. Can't wait to get my new glasses! The staff was super friendly, but when I called several weeks ago, I called to book a contact exam and he did a normal exam on me, cause I thought it was 1 in the same kind of exam never been fitted for contacts before, so I went to check out and found out that they weren't the same kind of exam. So whoever I talked with to book a medically necessary CONTACT exam, they just put me down for a regular eye exam. I just paid my copay and left. I mean I told them that when I called to book the CONTACT exam and ended up with a eye exam they dropped the ball. They tried to make it right by wanting me to see if I had time to get a contact exam but I said no, when I did, I just wanted to leave. Again they tried to make it right but I was already over the situation. I know things happen but when someone calls about a contact exam don't schedule the wrong thing. Needless to say, I WONT BE BACK!

I tell you what, if you need anything to do with glasses you ask for Mrs. Beth at North Georgia Vision Center! My sister broke her glasses and we got a replacement frame for $25. Mrs Beth was so nice and helpful she even gave my glasses a tune up on the house, it doesn’t get much better than that folks!

I used to go to a certain well-known cheap eye doctor, but finally got fed up with their awful service and made an appt here. SO GLAD I did! I thought it was only the service at the other place that was bad, but it turns out my prescription was also way off. I can see better than I have in years and suddenly don't need the reading glasses 100% of the time anymore. I highly recommend this place!!! Staff is all very friendly and helpful as well.

I’ve used them for years for contacts and just tried buying glasses through them. The lenses were messed up, twice, and when I asked for a refund, they wouldn’t refund the entire amount stating they lost money on cutting new lenses. They wouldn’t check my eyes either to make sure they hadn’t made an accident on my prescription, which isn’t expired; I was going to have to pay for a new exam altogether. And after reading the policy with the manager and seeing nothing about keeping the money spent on the lenses, they said it was manager’s discretion to keep the money. Never had an issue before but whoa was today a bad experience.

Dr Holbrook and her staff are very courteous and professional. I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience and am left confident afterward that my exam was done thoroughly and effectively. They took every step to make sure I was taken care of and I highly recommend their services.

The entire staff is friendly, but professional. Dr. Holbrook was very attentive and proficient in examining my eyes. I have been going to this practice for several years and I'm very pleased.
