When I did my change of address form My name got put in the system incorrectly and they have worked with me non-stop until we've got it fixed even calling me to check and see if I had gotten any of my mail that had been forwarded. They are an absolute godsend and we need more government workers like them”

“This isn’t my home post office, however I use it for 99% of my mailings for the simple fact if there is a issue more than not they will help. Unlike my main post office. Melanie usually is the one helping me . She is about as pleasant as it gets, her customer service is top notch. Famous words you always get from the post office is give it the weekend, give it a couple more days…. Melanie has NEVER said that to me. She has ALWAYS taken the time to look things up and inquire if needed. I appreciate her kindness and her willingness to help. She’s truly an example of what every person who works at a post office should be.”
