Came in to cash some money orders this morning and the lady tried to tell me that I couldn't use my passport (foreign) as an ID, even though I opened my account with that same passport. I've never had anyone from SunTrust/Truist tell me that or have a problem with my form of identification, I felt discriminated. This location needs to train their employees better and be more open minded

Extremely poor customer service. I called to verify I would be able to get something done with my mortgage at this branch before driving 45 minutes one way from my house due to the other nearby branches being closed due to covid. Once I got there, I was told I couldn't be helped because we didn't have our checking accounts with them.

In short, every part of my experience has been a pleasant one since opening an account a year ago . Every time I've needed to make a deposit, withdrawal or transfer funds, they have recognized me, remembered personal details about me, and have gone above and beyond to make the experience a pleasant one. I've enjoyed the entire experience - thanks!

People are helpful and great, but the walk up ATM needs replaced- badly. It looks rough, so I should've known better, but I needed to make a deposit and the bank was closed. Long story short- took my money, but the good folks at SunTrust investigated and gave it back within 2 weeks.

I should have posted this review months ago! Ms. Annette Shepard is the greatest customer service representative. I went in as a basket case and lefted at ease. She was personable, professional, and educated me on my affairs. She is this way each time I have spoken with her. Her light truly shines!!!

It's the only suntrust bank in town, therefor, you are obligated to go here. This bank has a lack of diversity when it comes to workers. I usually never complain but the lady who assisted me had a lack of knowledge. I noticed she refused to help a young man that was before me in line and she did the same with me. I went in there to pay my rental bill. My husband and I have gone into the bank for the past 7 months and payed our bill with no problem. When I gave her the statement that we use every month, she had no idea what it was. She didnt even bother to ask anyone in oversight for help. This women is older, chubby, has grayish hair with glasses. I usually don't bother writing reviews but I just had to this time. I think as clients and sincere people we deserve more than just "no" from under-trained individuals working at the suntrust bank in Rockmart. This women, im sure she is probably very nice, but she has terrible customer service skills and needs to be trained.
