My family has always had and still have a great mail delivery experience with the Rockmart post office. Everytime the Adams family checks his/ her po box all mail has been there undamaged thank you.

By far, the BEST post office in the nation. Absolutely love each employee here. Warm, welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and the list could go on and on. I am especially thankful for Tina and Michael.

We own a small business in Rockmart and rely on USPS. This post office in particular has become like extended family. They've gone out of their way countless times to help us out.

I don't usually order packages. But I've ordered two that were supposed to be delivered to my house in Rockmart. BOTH times, I didn't receive my packages. One was from Amazon. They claimed they "attempted delivery". They said that my driveway and front door were "inaccessible". My driveway is wide open, paved with asphalt, and has more than enough room to turn around in. I have witnessed them park by the side of the road and walk packages to other houses next door. What is the deal with mine? I ordered a party banner, not a car engine. To top it off, this is the second time they have sent my package back to Dallas, which then got sent back to Atlanta. It says "will attempt redelivery". If you plan to do that, why did you send it back to Atlanta when the post office is a ten minute walk from my house? Why are your drivers lying about access to driveways and front doors to get off work sooner? And there is zero accountability for these people. You can make complaints, and they don't care. Nothing will change. You can take it to the top top of USPS, and they'll buddy buddy lie their way out of any trouble as always. Start delivering my packages. Stop lying about your ability to deliver packages. I'd post a photo of my driveway here if it didn't violate my privacy to the general public.

We are consistently delivered the wrong peoples mail. Today I came home to find 5 envelopes addressed to people that don’t even live in Rockmart. WOW - makes me wonder who’s getting my mail.

I ask my mail person to not drive their vehicle thru my front yard grass now she refuses to deliver my packages. Never had I ever had such a bad experience with the post office and won't answer their phone.

My regular mail lady Shea is freaking awesome but the person on Saturday keeps putting important mail in others mailbox. My son's check is delivered every Saturday but last week it wasn't so now he has to wait 10 days from his employer.

My package was originally delivered to the wrong house, however the staff retrieved it. Thank you. When I called the post office William was very polite. We love our old mail carrier too, Jeanie. She is kind and works hard.

Customer Etiquette is non existent. For years the mail carrier in the blue and red trucks have driven on my lawn destroying my grass without reason. They proclaim a basketball goal that is not always up but yet they ride on my lawn continuously destroying my grass. Tina who works there and the male supervisor are extremely unprofessional and they refuse to deliver my mail to my home that has been delivered here for the past 7 years. Also, the package expected cannot fit in the mailbox and must be dropped on my front porch. They are very unprofessional at this Rockmart Post Office location and speak with attitude. I have photos of their damage to my lawn, not the curb and also a photo of the carrier not having to drive up on my lawn to place mail in the mailbox while the goal is 20 ft away. They’re not worth 1 star but I had no choice.
