Just went in to get an old line and number removed from my account and add a new line, number and phone. Ami Wolven went above and beyond to help us, answer questions and make things as quick as possible. She was very friendly, informative and straight and to the point. The best customer service I've ever gotten at a Verizon store.

Chloe was amazing! Issues with moving our numbers over ended up keeping her in store 30 min after close just to make sure we could walk out with our phones. Above and beyond to make sure we could keep our numbers when most people probably would have gave up and told us to get new numbers dealing with what issues she had to.

We had a GREAT experience this evening on 1/27/24 with Kurt! He was very friendly, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing! He said he was normally at a different store but we are so glad he got to help us this evening. Wonderful customer service! Thank you so much! My husband loves his new phone!

This was the 2nd time I have used this store & Ami helped me both times. She is the best! She is always nice & she knows what she is doing. She is always super helpful and doesn’t seem to mind spending the time it takes to get everything done when setting up new phones. I won’t go to any other store as long as she’s at the Rockmart store!

The store manager went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve a issue with the return of a phone! It was so complicated and frustrating but her and her team tackled the challenge and got it taken care of! It was no fault of there’s not mine! Thank you so much for the one on one contact that you don’t get at the bigger corporate stores!

I went in for a new screen protector and while replacing it , there was a residue left on the screen from the old one and Jade made sure that every bit of the residue was scrubbed off and the protector was placed to perfection! Her customer service was A1, thanks Jade!
