This location has never disappointed with food or service. The associates ALWAYS greet us with genuine smiles and great attitudes. The food is served promptly and freshly prepared at the correct temperature and robust with flavor.One of my favorite lunch spots. ?

I always place a pickup order and it is never ready when I get there. This time I even tried waiting an extra 15 minutes and it still wasn't ready. It is very frustrating having to wait.

The Chicken fingers are ok, but so hard at times and not enough meat. I use to always by a Grilled Chicken House Salad. It never disappointed me. The Wings or ok but not that big. They have Excellent Sweet Tea. Not my favorite place.

Something in our order is always messed up from here! They either give us the wrong thing or don’t give us something we ordered. We always spend at least $30 when we go here. We will start going to Cedartown from now on.

I have been to many zaxbys, but this one was the best experience I have ever had at one. The food was hot and fresh, service was fast, and the restaurant was extremely clean. The staff was friendly, too! Will be back
