I started this review with one star only because I could not give it zero stars…
I just received a notification from Amazon that USPS attempted a delivery at my home but encountered “difficulties.” Why do you lie to us? Your customers know what your “difficulty” is, You’ve got a lazy weekend carrier that just doesn’t feel like making that delivery. I live on a dead-end road with only 6 other houses. The sun is shining, has been all day. We received a shipment this morning, no difficulties. But this afternoon, there were “difficulties.” This happens on the weekend on a fairly regular basis. If the weather were bad, I might be a little more sympathetic. But that is NOT the case today. And there have been categorically no USPS vehicles down my road all afternoon. I think I’d be asking the weekend mail handler what else he has to do that is so important that he can’t do his job delivering the mail.

I live in Rockyface , I had a package that was lost . My app was showing my package was sitting at a post office in Chattanooga Tn. I went in person to my post office in Rocky face ga. and ask if they could help me locate this package . A lady behind the desk took my number and said she would ask her post master to call me. He called me and kept in touch with me until my package arrived at their facility. He called the morning my package arrived and let me know that it was out for delivery. Thank you guys for going above and beyond !!!

The guy behind the counter seems like he tries to upsell services but does so using reprehensible tactics. The woman ahead of me was told her first class mail would take "up to a month to arrive". She reacted strongly to this (lie) and said she better start using UPS. I was told the same thing- and 2 days later I just received a message from my friend that the 1st class package I sent her arrived. Be honest, please

I have been having issues with some of my packages not being delivered. When I call to check if my packages are at the post office, I get no answer. This means I have to leave my job early in order to go to the post office to check. This is very poor customer service.

Sunday 26th Mail lady left Amazon packages in driveway? Who does that! And they got rained on! Great place for them to get stolen too!! I have a front porch where they always leave them!! Lazy!!!!! Couldn't walk 10 more feet to my covered front porch!! Lazy!! So I had to run out into the rain and grab my wet packages!! Thanks lazy mail lady!! Thanks alot!! Left in the driveway?? Really?? Just lazy!!!

I’m really surprised anyone left a negative review. I mean, I’m not, because people are very Critical of the post office - but of all the places I’ve shipped packages - and there are hundred, this is honestly the nicest post office I’ve ever visited! The people here are kind, and even though they sometimes close early, it’s so small it’s understandable. Very lovely and quaint. Close to town but far enough it isn’t impacted by parking like the Thornton street. Lovely parking lot and nice employees! Very happy with this little town post office. One time I went here to ask about hunting and was treated with such kindness by everyone behind the counter. I respect the small town vibes and appreciate being talked to with respect. This is the best post office by far.

Our mail carrier from this post office always does an outstanding job. Packages are always in good condition, delivered in appropriate timeframes, and the people are extra friendly. Last Christmas we had some incorrect packages left and I took them back to the post office. The lady at the desk was very friendly and took care of it. We also received a note from the mail deliverer apologizing for the mistake with an explanation about what happened. Best post office I’ve ever had delivery from.
