The employees are amazing, patient, helpful, and tolerant of upset customers. They deserve a raise!! The company itself, however, leaves a lot to be desired, from payment$, to estimating claims from a few photos I took, no human to look or assess damage, etc . The COMPANY ONLY looks at u as a payment, not like their employees at the local office, whom do their BEST to help, regardless of how ill, short, and smarta$$ you are to them.

I just moved to Georgia a few days ago and needed to switch my out of state insurance over to a Georgia insurance company. Nate was a huge help.
