Could not believe what happened to me
Two weeks ago . Took my car for an alignment at Allen's Alignment, Allen was not there his wife hsa been ill so he's been in and out. The two guys running the shop. They told me it would cost $1500.00 to fix. It's not the first time been there ,keep in mind Allen has been out with his sick Wife. Mechanic said I needed a control arm. What they didn't know I worked for Toyo Tire for 15+ years. I knew it was the tire separated. The ply coming a lose in the tire. Don't ruin this man's business for a few dollars. The moral of this story is KNOW WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH.

The original set of tires, with the factory alignment didn't last 35k. Alan's Alignments set my alignment so the vehicle drives great and the tires don't wear much at all. They have lasted over 80k at this point. I'm trading this one in on another new one which will receive their alignment before I drive it home.

Ignores elderly that can't walk in without a walker when she parked in front no one said one word or even asked if we need help. When you see a car pull up and sit there for a while ask them if they need any help instead of ignoring the people outside your business.
