Just unprofessional in every sense of the word. They would only communicate via text and then take days to even respond. They asked for my local pharmacy to call them. I said what’s your number? They did not want to call my pharmacy. Fine. I called arrow pharmacy and the people appear to speak little English. I was getting passed around. When I asked the rep why they don’t call me to provide status or communicate information instead of text she kept changing the subject and eventually hung up on me. I have no idea why doctors would use this pharmacy. It’s such a hassle.

Very un friendly staff. Appeared to not have a clue what they was doing. They told me one price and my insurance told me another. They argued with me about it until I told them to just forget it.

Worst pharmacy ever. Their text messages are indistinguishable from spam. They lie to your face when they tell you medicine is ready. Don’t give them any more f your business. I’m sorry zero stars aren’t available to rate them with.

I thought it was a great pharmacy even had my husband switch all his medications here as well. But when I needed my medication after leaving urgent care. They said they hadn't received it even though I called urgent care and they had sent it in. Then they said they close at 6 even though their door says 7 change the hours on the door if they aren't correct. The techs were rude but the pharmacists are sweet. I understand at the end of a day you want to go home I understand that better than anyone after working and being up for 16 hours but seriously should have been nicer about it.
