I had the best experience with Bradley ! He was very informative and engaging. I went in for a new phone and I came out with not only a new phone, but a lower monthly phone bill as well! He made the process so easy and he was a lot of fun. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a new device or who simply need help understanding their phone bill or products AT&T offers. He was great!

My sales representative, Alzie, was wonderful! Our family is new to AT&T. Our account was some what of a mess due to a previous representative trying to establish service. So, our account was awful. Alzie helped fix everything for me. The only issue we're having is that my husband's phone still will not connect, so I'll have to make a trip back up to the store today. I am NOT a fan of these new eSIM cards, but that has nothing to do with my satisfaction during my visit. Alzie was great!

Moe is the best representative we’ve ever had. He was able to do a full review of our bill and lower it $100 a month. He totally didn’t have to do that, but he did.

We went in there on a Monday at 6:55 and it took 10-15 minutes to get a rep to us. We ordered a navy blue iPhone and it came in on Wednesday. While at AT&T, the sales Rep told us that there was a navy blue color and that I would have to get that specific iPhone to get that color. It arrived and it was silver. Very disappointed, I called the store and the First Lady was very rude and had a short temper. She told me she would tell the manager when he got off break. An hour later I had still not received a call so I called back again. The Second Lady was very nice and respectful. The manager called and told me that Apple discontinued their navy blue. I went on to ask why the rep sold it to me and he said something along the lines of their system wasn’t updated. He didn’t even seem sorry. He did not ask me anything just told me that. I felt like I should have been compensated for that. They had sold me an item for a certain feature and then didn’t have it. I recommend driving out of your way or owing online from a different store.

AT&T is so trash service, especially the phone call service they won’t let me transfer my number and to other line. That is so disappointing. They are not even value for even 1 Star. So please people don’t go here.

Her name was April and she was extremely helpful and patient with a 80 year old lady who is not technically savvy. Jeffery was also helpful. They both need a pat on the back and a high-5!!
P.S. I was met at the door with an offer of help. This seldom happens anywhere!!

Lilly was who helped me and she was Fantastic! She met me at the door with a big smile and set my phone up with new a account and she did all the work for me it was super easy and made my decision to switch from versizon to at&t very easy! Will definitely be a long time customer now!
